Story
Bruce was found in the middle of the road approximately 1.5years ago. He had a major wound on his hip and was in bad shape. After countless hours with the vet he was improved and in great shape! After much debate, I talked my family into keeping him. We have two other (big) dogs, 1 cat, and 4 kids. Bruce doesn’t necessarily like the little kids but he’s not mean to them. He just runs away. Same with the cat. Bruce has had some big behavioral issues. He barks at EVERYTHING which is hard with young kids. He will pee and bark non stop if put in a kennel. He gets into any trash if it’s not shut behind a door. He has shredded clothes, shoes, and many toys. My family loves Bruce and we want the best for him but it’s not us. I feel like he would do best with a smaller family who could focus solely on him. He LOVES sitting on any lap and would eat his weight in dog food if we let him. He never has accidents in the house unless he’s in a kennel.

Story
Little Ms. Ciara found herself running the streets for a few weeks we believe. While on the streets she was very scared and frighten but once she was finally caught and brought to the pound, she knew she was safe. She is very friendly, loving loves to get belly rubs. With proper introductions to new things any type home should be just fine for her. We have noticed that she does like to keep trying to get out the door every chance she gets so she will NEED to be WATCHED closely around open doors, gates etc., or she will be gone and we don't want her out on the streets again.Breed: Min PinSex: FemaleAge: 2-4 yrs.Weight:13 lbs.Color: Black/TanVetting: Bordetella, Parvo/Distemper, Dewormed, Flea/Tick Treatment, and Rabies Vaccination.Adopters must agree to have the animal spay or neuter within 30 days of adoption. Story
Hi, my name is Cara. I’m a 5 year old mix of some kind (potentially beagle/healer). My parents are moving, and because of some personality quirks, I won’t do well in the new location. So I’m searching for a new family to love me just the same. I’m used to being home with at least one of my humans all day long. I would be best suited as a single dog, however with patience I have made a few dog friends. While I love my current human kiddo, I’m a touch temperamental at times and may snip if I’m handled against my wishes. I don’t do great in confined spaces, I get worried and may hurt myself. For that reason, if my parents need to leave me alone for a while, they usually let me run in the house. I am potty trained, but do best on a schedule. Otherwise I may have accidents. I’m smart and love training. My parents actually got me a trainer through bark busters that will continue to train me (free of charge) even with my new owners!
