Winnie loves taking short walks! She’s not a barker and is great on a leash. She has been through a lot recently and can be wary of new situations but she is very friendly, affectionate and obedient. Winnie recently had her teeth cleaned and had a few extractions. She is on a diet and enjoys dry food. She is a happy girl with loads of love to offer.

Her life has been uprooted and she is looking for someone special to love her for her remaining years. She is 12 years old and spends most of her time sleeping. She likes to find a comfortable spot and snooze the hours away. As long as she has a comfortable bed and routine potty breaks she is a happy girl. She is docile, friendly, affectionate and obedient. She enjoys taking short walks, does well on a leash and loves car rides! Stella does not like to be in a crate or closed off room so needs to be taken outside on routine breaks or she may have accidents. She recently had a teeth cleaning and lost many of her teeth, but still enjoys dry food. She is in great shape for her age and has a lot of love to give.

Meet Keelan, this 2 year old Min Pin/Chihuahua blend is the perfect lap dog size at 11lbs. He is a happy dog who is ready to enjoy his life out of the shelter. His foster mom tells us that while he does okay with other dogs he really just prefers people over dogs. He would do just fine in a home where he is the only dog getting all the attention! He is the perfect companion dog and just needs to find the right fit for a family. Keelan has shown some skill in jumping fences so he will need a home with a tall fence. If you think Keelan is meant to be part of your family and you are interested in learning more and speaking with his adoption coordinator and foster mom please fill out an application at www.caretx.org/adopt.
