Roscoe is quite the hunk of love and half &#34derp&#34 (that&#39s a term of endearment) ~Super sweet, kinda shy, loves dogs of all sizes ~House and crate trained ~8 year old min-pin mix ~Has epilepsy, but he&#39s well maintained on phenobarbital twice a day and that is working great. We&#39ve worked with our vets to ensure he&#39s getting the best care and treatment. The adoption fee for all of our dogs is $250.00 and that includes their vaccinations, spay or neuter, rabies and microchip. Our dogs are also heartworm negative (or we will cover their treatment). To start the process please visit our website and fill out the adoption application (www.dfwrescueme.org) and from there the foster family can answer any questions and arrange a time to meet.

  Meet Zoey! We know there is someone out there with a huge heart  that will open their home to this sweet, beautiful, senior-ish princess. Zoey is very sweet, social, and smart. She loves her toys but most of all LOVES  being near her people at all times:) She is great with other doggies and older considerate kids. No cats.   Zoey is about 10 years old, HW negative, spayed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. She has an old injury  that doesn't cause her pain but prevents her from putting weight on her right front leg which does not slow her down a bit!     She is crate trained and potty trained. She does great in the car and sleeps quietly throughout the night in her crate. We brought Buford home 2 years ago from Operation Kindness. I am currently going through a divorce and cannot give him the time he needs while I deal with working full time and going to grad school full time. He is an absolute joy - easy to train, loves to sleep all day, does great in apartments, and is a HUGE cuddler. He barks when you come home, but only until you're done walking through the door. He took to my other dog very well and they are best friends, but he seems to be aggressive during other dogs during our walks, I'm not sure why that is. He is housebroken, but will mark or have accidents if he goes too long between potty breaks. His coat seems high maintenance but it's been very easy - just brushing every now and then :) He is a wonderful, loving dog that just needs a human with more time for him.

Kera is almost 9 years old and is very loving and affectionate. She needs a home where she will get lots of attention but is also very good on her own for short periods. She has lived with a family 3 brothers (2 human 1 canine) she has been around young children and is very well behaved with everyone. Kera is potty trained but will have accidents and needs a potty pad in the house. She has never really been around cats and Has never had a issue with other dogs.

Meet Red! Red is a sweet little 16lb stag red miniture pincher. We have estimated his age as 6-8 years old who was surrendered to the shelter by his previous owner. He may have been neglected in his previous home given some of his apprehension but he has come around quickly as he is very loving and loves attention in return. Red is housetrained and does not get up on the furniture. He does well with visitors in the home and other dogs. This adorable guy needs lots of love to make of for his years of neglect. Red is crate trained, good on a leash and in the car. Red is heartworm negative, up to date on his shots, neutered and microchipped.
