Bobby is an adorably scruffy 20 lb Schnoodle/Lhasa Apso mix with a small stature and big dreams. He is a 5 years old companion extraordinaire! Bobby is loyal and loves to please. When you are relaxing, Bobby loves nothing more than to relax right next to you. But this Fluff-a-nuffer is no couch potato. Bobby loves to get out and about and enjoy the world. After a daily adventure Bobby looks forward to cuddle time and enjoying the comforts of home.
Bobby's big gleeful grin is irresistible, and he charms everyone he meets. Bobby is a friendly and affectionate guy who will have you giggling all day long. Do you love a friend with a hidden talent? Well... Bobby's hidden talent is carrying his water in his mouth to you to refill. He also spins in circles as he waits for you to fill the bowl.💗
Bobby is crate trained and is working on his house training. Bobby would feel most comfortable in an adult only home and, although very dog friendly, he would prefer to be the only dog in his fur-ever home. Bobby also has a keen sense of hearing and will alert you to the comings and goings around your home. Because he is a chatty fellow apartment living is NOT the right fit for this perceptive fella..

Our dogs are in foster care and we do NOT have a shelter or boarding facility. AN APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED IN FULL AND APPROVED BEFORE A DOG CAN BE MET. This is a firm policy. Our busy volunteers are not able to respond to questions about the dog or dog meeting requests in the absence of an application. We know these dogs very well because they are in foster care, so please read the profiles of the dog(s) you are interested prior to submitting. If there are specific requirements stated (ie: Fenced Yard or Canine Friend Required) these are included because they are vital to the happiness, health and safety of that dog.
We are only able to save as many dogs as we have foster homes (https://anewchancear.org/foster/faqs/) and resources for. We provide medical care including vaccinations, testing, deworming, spaying/neutering, and microchipping before transporting our dogs. Then, we provide all supplies, preventatives and any follow up vet care necessary while they are in foster care. These costs are high and the number of lives we can save is entirely dependent upon donations from people like you. We do not receive funding from private foundations or government sources, so if you can find room in your heart to help us, with any amount, we are truly grateful (https://anewchancear.org/help/donate/).
