Story
Hello. We are grief stricken to admit we've tried everything we can with our loving Mountain Cur, Molly; however, she is very destructive to our new home: biting up the trim, tearing up the carpets, and causing other damage. Please aid us in finding her a good home. We believe she'd be very well suited for a farm or a house with an outside kennel. I'm sure she'd also be a very good hunting dog. Please contact me.

Story
Maggie was adopted from the humane society, the owner who had her before the HS had abused her so she does have food aggression ((she needs to be fed separately from other animals)). She does also get territorial over her toys. Personally, I believe she would do best in a home where she can be the only animal, a farm where she can run around, or someone who has experience with a dog with those characteristics. She will chase cats so she can't be in a home with cats. Her owner who adopted her from HS moved to Texas and left her with me to find her a home or keep her. Unfortunately, I have cats so I can't keep her. She is UTD on shots, microchipped, spayed, and is extremely smart and knows many commands. She will come with her collar, leash, treats, bones, and food.

These pups are in Edina, Minnesota too!

Story
“On the road again. Just can’t wait to get on the road again. Making music with my friends” Bowooooo wooo woo. Singing on the road is so much fun. My name’s molly and currently I’ve been road doggin with my foster mom while she travels for work. Turns out I’m an amazing copilot. I am about a year old and they call me a plott hound mix. I’m about 40 pounds or so and I’m as big as I’m going to get. Foster mom says I’m doing great learning all the rules to being in a house. I am potty trained and i don’t chew up your stuff, just my toys annnnd sometimes a water bottle. (plastic disposable ones.) I don’t do so great with other animals, and I’m not a super fan of wheels. Hey if it hasn't got legs it shouldn’t be moving. Speaking of moving I’m all ready to move in with you so come get me please.

Story
We have had several dogs named Tigger, so please note that this is a new one. A puppy named Tigger was recently adopted. Just calling it to your attention. Meet Tigger JuM Name: Tigger because I am brindle striped like a tiger, but I am more than just a tiger stripe, I also have a black saddle that looks dark chocolate in the sunshine. Word of the Day: Camuttflauge. I have a natural camuttflauge that makes me blendy AF. I betcha don’t even see me right now! Do ya? Band Name Idea: Whelp, if I started a band, I think I would do a play on the Beatles and do also a bug inspired name. My band would be called the Grasshoppers and yep, you guessed it, we would be a hip hop band, because I like to hip and hop till I don’t stop. This is a clever way to let you know I am an active guy. Age/Weight/Breed: I am a Plott Hound mix and that is usually a hunting breed of doggie, hence the camuttflauge. I guess the hunters wanted us to match their outfits! But the only thang I am hunting for is a family that likes to do fun. I am right around one year old and 50 pounds, but I will likely gain in muscle and tummy fat. I have houndy ears that hang gracefully around my muzzle to frame the spot where you will plant all those TREATS! Favorite Activities: All of them! I am a puppy at heart and in my legs, I love to gallop, jog, run and rumble and tumble with all my doggie friends. I am a great buddy to dogs. Or I would make a great muttivational exercise coach for any human. What He Could Work On: Okay, whelp, I know about leashes and walking on them, but I much prefer to be the walker than the walkee. So we will need to work on that. I am crate trained too, but not a fan, I need wide open spaces to run and have fun. Motto: My mutto is don’t be an Eeyore, be a Tigger! Do you want to adopt me and have fun with me? Or are you an Eeyore???? Basics Boring Stuff That Humans Like To Know: Tigger JuM- male, 1 year old, 50-60 pounds, Plott Hound mix, dark chocolate/brindle/white, active, fun, loves to play, great with dogs and people, good with kids, working on crate and leash training but needs more practice, a really great unique handsome dude

Story
Why is it so hard for a leopard to hide? Because he's always spotted. Ha ha. Me too. I am lightly spotted like a tortilla that wasn’t browned enough. I get these subtle reddish speckles on my creamy white back drop from being a Cattle Dog mix. I need to tell you the story of how I got my name. Dunt danaduhhhhh….it is Super Cooper. What makes me so super duper cooper? I was spotted by a Good Sam…and that does not stand for Sammich, it stands for Samaritan…a person who does a good deed out of their kind heart. I was found with an injury to my leg that wasn’t determined to be old or new. So God’s Dogs Rescue agreed to take me into their fold and to the Vet to find out. The Good Sam also paid a donation of $1000 for my medical care. Wow, now she is the real super hero. All the ladies fell in love with me here at rescue camp. I am 8 months old and 35 pounds of sweetness and sugar. I know how to make each lady feel like they are the only chick on my dance card and I am very attuned to my person. The x-ray vision that the Vet had revealed an old fracture. It has healed pretty well approximated and made my leg a little shorter than the other three. The Vet determined that surgery would make it even shorter and not change the function or ability so we all opted to not put me through the drama of surgery. So now I am ready to go fly into your heart and arms. I am playful with other dogs, they don’t even notice that I am slightly different on one leg and you won’t notice it either once my personality shines and blocks all view of anything else. I hope to join a family soon! Adopt me! GOD'S DOGS Rescue, in San Antonio TX, does not have a shelter. Our dogs are raised in foster homes in the San Antonio area. Each dog comes spayed or neutered, up-to-date with age appropriate vaccinations, micro-chipped, heartworm tested and are current with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives. ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE OF $400 for dogs over a year old, which also includes the cost of transportation to the assigned location. Medical records accompany each dog at the time of delivery. Microchips will be registered to new owner(s) within a week of arrival of your pet. If a name change is desired, the new name should be emailed to records@godsdogsrescue.org prior to arrival of your new pup. Please visit our website http://godsdogsrescue.org/ for helpful information re: transport, our adoption process and application, volunteering and fostering, and photos of our dogs/pups looking for homes!!
