Story
GolpariBreed: Golden Retriever/LabAge: 5 yrsGender: fe, spayedWgt/Hgt: 51 lbs / 25-1/2 inchesEnergy level: moderateRelations: good with dogs, kids / unknown catsHighlights: Super sweet, people oriented I was found as a young pup of maybe 5 months old, living by the city garbage dump. I had very bad mange, as you can see by my photo. The people whom saved me transferred me over to a shelter. There, they treated me for mange, but each summer it came back. Until finally, they got some great stuff from the US to use. Now, my mange problem is gone and my fur has grown back in beautifully. See my bright Auburn coat? My rescuer says whoever adopts me won't be sorry. The shelter says I am the  sweetest, kindest dog around. I act real cute too. Here I am at the shelter: https://youtu.be/fZ0yWNOCeGg. I am loveable to people, dogs and even kids. I haven't been around cats though, so best a non kitty home, because I just have no idea how I would react to one. I am a playful girl too, so we should be able to have some good fun. I have been spayed/neutered, *vaccinated & micro-chipped.My adoption fee is $500.00 CAD, this includes my airfare to Canada.   Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ and read about Loved at Last Dog Rescue. Information included in the profile is provided to us from the international rescuer or local fosters. LALDR does not have access to overseas dogs and cannot always verify the accuracy of their descriptions. Every dog is an individual and can act differently in different situations based on the person adopting them and the environment in which they live. The age and breed of a dog is usually an educated guess, so we are not able to guarantee the accuracy of age or breed of our dogs. Normally, we will not approve adoptions to homes with children under 12 years of age. More information can be found on our website. *Vaccinations: Dogs from the Middle East are vaccinated for rabies, parvo, distemper, leptospirosis, adenovirus type 1 and para-influenza. Bordatella is not given, as that has not been a problem in the Middle East.  ##533432##

Story
Due to current travel restrictions there may be a long delay before I can get to you. Please only apply for me if you are willing to wait. Banoo (means Miss, Lady, Princess)Breed: Canaan Dog/Golden RetrieverAge: 2 yrsGender: Fe, spayedWgt/hgt: 66 lbs/ 21-3/4 inchesRelations: Dogs good / cats & kids unknownActivity level: moderateHighlights: Senses people's moods well, enjoys closeness, good recall & on leashRegion: Middle East A government van in the Middle East had me. They were planning to kill me. Thankfully, my rescuer intervened and was somehow able to get me from them. I have been with my rescuer about 7 months now. I am very friendly and like being around my people. I tend to be sensitive to emotions, so it's like I understand your feelings. Although I haven't been around kids, I would probably do well with them too, as I enjoy closeness of people so much and I am a kind girl. I haven't been around cats though. Do you love walking or running even. I would make a great partner for you, if so. My energy level is pretty normal overall. I looove spending time with humans and want all the attention I can get - watch my silly video trying to get attention of the person watching TV. There is just one thing that does scare me though, that is thunder. So, maybe if there is a thunderstorm, you will need to play music, get me a thunder shirt or give me some anti-anxiety meds until it passes. My rescuer said she really can't see any faults in me. I know how to be on leash and when off leash, I come back with my name or with a whistle. She also says I am very, very smart. I won't bark unless there is some serious reason to do so. I also get along very, very well with other dogs. I enjoy playing and I will share my food and toys just fine. I like stuffie toys. I really want to please you and get your approval.   I have been spayed/neutered, *vaccinated & micro-chipped.My adoption fee is $550.00 CAD, this includes my airfare to Canada.   Disclaimer: It is important for all applicants to visit our website, http://www.lovedatlastdogrescue.ca/adopting/ and read about Loved at Last Dog Rescue. Due to current travel restrictions there may be a long delay before I can get to you. Please only apply for me if you are willing to wait. PonehBreed: English Shepherd MixAge: 1 yrGender: Female, spayedWgt/Hgt: 44 lbs / 22 inchesEnergy level: Moderate to activeRelations: Good with Dogs & Children / Unknown CatsHighlights: Friendly, playful, gentleRegion: Middle East I am a wonderfully gentle girl. From pitiful puppy to playful princess: I've come a long way from my troubled start in life, in the Middle East. At only four weeks old, I was tossed out like trash at the local dump where garbage is burned. Luckily, my rescuers found me along with another puppy. We were both in very bad shape, and my friend didn't make it. It was a long journey back to health, but I am a survivor. My rescuers had hoped to keep me, but due to a health crisis in the family, they had to give me up to a shelter. As part of my healing process, I was shaved - but it's grown back in now. I'm a gorgeous girl with a beautiful coat and distinctive markings. Now that I'm healthy, all I want is a home to call my own. Do you have a playful pup at home who would like a friend? I get along with dogs of all sizes. You can see me and my best buddy, Namaste hanging out in one of the photos together. I currently live with ten other dogs! I've impressed my foster family with how gentle I am with children and small dogs. I would love to have a playmate - I love to run and play. My ideal family would take me on long walks, hikes or trips to the dog parks. I wouldn't say no to a backyard to play in either. More than anything, I want to experience being part of a family. I'd love to play, and cuddle, and lounge with my people. It would be amazing to have toys, snacks and a big fluffy bed. I have a fighting spirit and a beautiful temperament. I also have a lot of love to give. If you are ready for this fluffy bundle of joy, just click Adopt, and I'll hop on a plane as soon as I can! I'm quite the waggy tail girl: https://youtu.be/aAMgFbmKfj0.
