I am a wonderfully gentle girl. From pitiful puppy to playful princess: I've come a long way from my troubled start in life, in the Middle East.
At only four weeks old, I was tossed out like trash at the local dump where garbage is burned. Luckily, my rescuers found me along with another puppy. We were both in very bad shape, and my friend didn't make it. It was a long journey back to health, but I am a survivor. My rescuers had hoped to keep me, but due to a health crisis in the family, they had to give me up to a shelter.
As part of my healing process, I was shaved - but it's grown back in now. I'm a gorgeous girl with a beautiful coat and distinctive markings. Now that I'm healthy, all I want is a home to call my own.
Do you have a playful pup at home who would like a friend? I get along with dogs of all sizes. You can see me and my best buddy, Namaste hanging out in one of the photos together. I currently live with ten other dogs!
I've impressed my foster family with how gentle I am with children and small dogs. I would love to have a playmate - I love to run and play.
My ideal family would take me on long walks, hikes or trips to the dog parks. I wouldn't say no to a backyard to play in either. More than anything, I want to experience being part of a family. I'd love to play, and cuddle, and lounge with my people. It would be amazing to have toys, snacks and a big fluffy bed. I have a fighting spirit and a beautiful temperament. I also have a lot of love to give.
