Story
Runt is a 3 year old Papillion/JRT mix who is super friendly and affectionate.  She was an owner surrender from an elderly man whose wife died and he wanted to travel more.  Runt is a lap dog and is quite insistent about it!  She weighs 13 lbs. and could stand to lose a lb. or 2.  She needs to stay on her current diet - Nature's Recipe Salmon & Pumpkin with Sweet Potato dry food.  Otherwise, Runt gets all itchy and will get hot spots.  It's a very reasonably priced, quality dog food.  She loves to sleep in bed with her foster mom, and it takes her about 5 minutes or so to calm down because that's her favorite time of the day!  She will chew on your hands and she has been known to chase and grab a pants leg of a running child.  She never ever nips in anger, only playfully (but it can still pinch).  She's housetrained to a doggy door and loves to go on walks as well.  She needs a fenced-in yard.  Runt is also a door dasher and tries to slip out when you are coming and going, so please no small children who could let her out accidentally.  Runt is quite the love bug and can't wait to be adopted by her forever home! Alcovy dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccines, up to date on heart-worm preventative and flea preventative and micro-chipped.
