Story
Princess Leia  is a beautiful girl that found herself in a situation that needs to be more constant and firm than where she is now!  This girl is a beautiful Persian girl with long fur and  green eyes!  She has gained a bit more weight than she should and a nice and safe diet would be in order for her.  She is loving and gentle and a snuggly girl.  If you are looking for such a treasure as Princess  Laia then please email us at ccrtennessee@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Story
ALL our cats and dogs are in the NY area but can be adopted out of state to the purrfect furever home.  In some cases, we can help transport.  Zani's al fresco Summer Adoptions  follow us on FB to find us this summer as we will try new locations to meet the needs of NYC and support the little stores:)     I am absolutely the cat's meow. 12lbs, 8-10y, I am a healthy purry boy and quite unusual:  I have always loved with children and just LOVE them!  My previous mom ran a child daycare and guess who was the star of that show--ME!  I'm ok with cats, no experience with dogs but I'm sure they won't be afraid of them. I use wee wee pads! And eat canned pate:).  Please apply, is love a home for the holidays.   Facebook: Zani's Furry Friends ZFF (weekly adoption event info posted there) Twitter: zanisff  Instagram: zanisfurryfriends   Cats are spayed/neutered, UTD on age appropriate vaccines, Rabies vaxed, and microchipped.  All are in the NY/NJ area but we will adopt out of state to the purrfect home and in some cases, we can arrange transport.  Please go to our site   https://zanisfurryfriends.org   fill out an application and return to  cats@zanisfurryfriends.org   Please note: kittens must be adopted in pairs or to households with age appropriate cat(s) to ensure proper socialization and companionship. NO exceptions! If you would prefer a solo cat, we would be happy to recommend those cats who would do best as solo cats. All our cats are tested for feline leukemia and FIV, FVRCP and Rabies vaxed and also microchipped.   Many of us (cats/dogs) will be on display on Saturdays or Sundays, weather dependent.  Please ask by writing us at cats@zanisfurryfriends.org and following us on FB. If you are seriously interested in adopting one of us in particular, please fill out an application early Friday so that we can be sure to be there. Otherwise we decide based on other variables. Usually we are in our foster homes so this is a bit more stressful and a slightly artificial environment but we do want to be seen and find our furever homes too. Please come! And if you can't adopt, foster or volunteer, you can always donate! If you want to know about cats/dogs specifically being shown at our adoption locations, please email us info@zanisfurryfriends.org closer to the date so we know your interest and will make every effort to have that pet at the event or let you know how and where you can meet.  It is extemely helpful and speeds up adoption if the application is filled out prior to visiting us so please do that before coming to our weekend events. Our weekend locations are: Saturdays or Sundays, weather dependent  Follow us on FB, Zani's Furry Friends ZFF, for latest updates. Usually we are in our foster homes so all this is a bit more stressful but we do want to be seen and find our furever homes. Please come! And if you can't adopt, maybe you can foster or volunteer. And you can always donate:) Cats and Dogs are spayed/neutered, UTD w/ all age appropriate shots and microchipped. Cats are feline combo tested for FIV/FeLV; dogs are heartworm tested and rabies vax'd, (NOT lyme vaxed but we seriously recommend it); rabbits are spayed/neutered. These Purrsians get around just fine. While we would love to re-home the family together, we understand the impossibility of that but they each at least need an understanding cat friend in their new homes. 2 are left and they must be adopted together, very bonded, Sonnie and her mom Snow White. The girls are here! Please apply so they have as little transition to make as possible now that they are Stateside. Mommy Snow White seems to love her little Elsinar aka Ellie best and we think Sonboula aka Sonnie actually has some vision. Trying to figure it out as we write, stay tuned.   Facebook: Zani's Furry Friends ZFF (weekly adoption event info posted there)Twitter: zanisff Instagram: zanisfurryfriends   Please fill out an application on our site http://zanisfurryfriends.org and return to cats@zanisfurryfriends.org   Please note: kittens must be adopted in pairs or to households with age appropriate cat(s) to ensure proper socialization and companionship. Story
Doug is a true gentleman! He is shy in our shelter but just as sweet as can be. According to his previous owners, Doug was surrendered because he was afraid of the dog in the home so he would do best in a quiet house without any dogs or young children. He is gentle and tolerant and will be a wonderful addition to a family! Doug is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
