Story
Blackie the small Persian cat was dropped off about 2 years ago. She is very healthy and has a small cry when hungry. Blackie is mostly black with some red mixed in with nice long hair. she is very pretty. I have been feeding her for 2 years. No one can pet her, i supposed the previous owner was bad and then dropped her off. she deserves to be an indoor kitty with real love not just food. my guess on weight would be about 5 to 6 lbs. My husband just recently retired and we will be traveling and poor blackie won't have someone to take care of feeding her. she seems like a gentle cat, does not hunt birds and or fight with other cats. once she has accumulated to you and your house i am sure she would love to be and indoor/outdoor kitty or just indoors. blackies hair does not tend to get too matted, somehow she seems to stay clean and healthy. Won't you please consider adopting blackie and giving her a real home with real love. I will throw in a bag of cat food too.

Story
NUNU is a 6-year-old, beautiful long-haired female cat with soft, sand-colored fur. She's nervous around new people, but once she gets used to you, she'll follow you everywhere you go. She loves to play with string toys and will do anything for a treat! Nunu loves to lay next to you at night, and you'll wake up to her purring by your side. She also enjoys having her own space and being pet on her own terms. She came to our cat rescue group from a group of feral cats, and she decided she would rather be a pet, so she has thrived in her foster home. Nunu is definitely a princess, and she doesn't like to be smothered, but if you let her come to you, she will be your best purring snuggle buddy. Nunu has been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (negative), spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, defleaed and dewormed, and includes a free vet wellness exam. To meet Nunu in foster, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy at either Eugene PetSmart location. A volunteer will contact you within 1-3 days for a possible meet and greet. The $90 adoption fee allows us to continue to help other cats in need. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. ID#2001-C0018 NUNU IS BEST AS ONLY CAT, DOES NOT LIKE OTHER CATS! Story
MAISY is a gorgeous, long-haired, 12-year-old sweetie. She’s got a luscious, fluffy white tummy, tabby spots in rich shades of brown, grey, and honey, and a delightful plume tail. Her sweet face and colorful coat reflect her affectionate and colorful personality. This lovely lady is always looking for attention from her humans and never gets enough pets. Maisy loves to cuddle up on your lap and join you on the couch while you watch your favorite shows. She is perfectly content laying around all day in the company of her humans and her siblings. Maisy will ask for pets by stretching out on her back and presenting her irresistibly cute and fluffy tummy. She always has a curious, delightful expression on her face you can’t help but fall in love with. Maisy recently had lab work done and showed elevated thyroid levels, luckily this is manageable with a tiny daily pill that can be easily hidden in wet food. Maisy and her sweet siblings BJ and Maddy came to our cat rescue group after their human passed away. They are incredibly bonded, and after going through the loss of their person, it is essential that they are adopted together. We are offering a special adoption fee $150 for the bonded trio. If you are looking for a lovey snuggle bug to spend quality coach time with, Maisy would love to warm your heart and your lap! Maisy has been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (negative), spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, defleaed and dewormed, and includes a free vet wellness exam. Story
HAZEL is a beautiful 4-year-old tortoiseshell girl with long, silky dark fur. She adores the company of humans and loves nothing more than being gently pet or brushed. Hazel will get so excited by head and chin scritches that she’ll circle you eagerly before flopping onto the floor, rolling around for more petting. She even enjoys gentle belly rubs. Hazel was brought to our cat rescue when her owner could no longer care for her. Although she loves adults and quiet older kids, Hazel is not a fan other cats and would prefer to be an only cat. Hazel was brought to our cat rescue when her owner could no longer care for her. She does have a minor neurological issue that affects her gait, but she is not in pain and it shouldn't prevent her from living a long, healthy life. Hazel is a confident, enthusiastic cat who would like nothing more than a family who wants to give her plenty of petting on her soft fur, and a comfy sleeping space on their bed. Hazel has been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (negative), spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, defleaed and dewormed, and includes a free vet wellness exam.
