Story
Nike was hit by a car a couple of years ago, rescued from the street by an employee where we shop and turned over to SOS Kitty. Instead of being a kitten as was thought, he was an unneutered three-year-old feral cat. Nike is beautiful and small. He thinks he is feral but loves to be pet and is crazy about wet food. He is picked on by dominant males and females, so doesn't interact as much as we would like. We would like him to be fostered in a home where he might blossom. What do you think? He is very soft and beautiful! BTW His front leg was not broken, but a major nerve was damaged. You would only notice anything about his foreleg if you knew what to look for. he goes everywhere in our house. Susanne 480-694-9998

Story
Dunn was adopted for 6 weeks and just returned because owner he chose to sleep with is having allergic reaction (pink eye). The family is very sad. They have three medium-sized dogs, one loud and dominant, and three kids (9 year old girl wanted cat). They love Dunn and he was only returned because of the allergy issue. They said happy to be referral for him. He acts shy in new situations, but adapted easily to this family and their dogs. Dunn just had a dental extraction that was more than expected, but he seems better than ever! He is still on antibiotics (11/9) but has not sneezed (chronic) since surgery! He will be ready for a forever home in about a week. (Does not like pills and medicine tastes way to0 bad to hide in food!) Origin story at 8 months old: Dunn and Brooks were left at a local office in a carrier. Brooks was soon adopted but Dunn needs eye makeup to attract attention. He is remarkably sweet-natured and hates me to sit in a room alone. . Dunn jumps in my lap and rolls all around purring, He gets along with all the other rescued cats and kittens, though not all the adults are thrilled with his forward nature. His first morning he jumped under the sheets in bed with me ... at which time there was quite a spirited "hunt" by the other cats and kittens for the creature under the sheets.. He seems remarkably adaptable and friendly, so should make a terrific family cat! For those who love orange males, he has a typical orange male personality. His spots have beautiful, bright tabby stripes. 480-694-9998 All SOS Kitty adults have 30-day full refund/return.

Story
Sky can be seen almost any day.. Est. birthday is 3-28-12. 480-694-9998 Sky was found in a car's wheelwell May 13, 2012, in the Sky Harbor Airport parking garage. He is solid black (maybe a couple of white chest hairs) and quiet but gets around the house very well. he is loving and sweet-natured but won't push his attention on you. We don't know if it's because he screamed for help so long or was born that way, but he has a very raspy, odd voice. He only meows for food or attention, just sounds very different than other cats. Adult cats go through about three weeks of confusion when they move, even when with the same people from birth. For that reason, SOS Kitty offers a full return/refund policy for the first month. During that 3-4 weeks they need patience and reassurance, since every time they go to sleep, it's like "Groundhog Day" they feel lost again. Once you get past that time, their natural GPS system resets to the new home and they usually make huge strides in socializing to their new home and family. Right now, Sky is an orphan. He has no idea what a wonderful life is possible outside an orphanage. He thinks this is as good as it gets! Can you show him he's wrong? Yes, we will update photographs. The last one is pretty old (smile).
