Story
Louie is a very good 14 year old boy. We adopted him when he was approximately three months. He loves to play, to be petted and scratched. Louie can spend hours purring on your lap. He was never sick, and even now feels and looks young. However, Louie is shy and will need time to get used to new people and a new place. We are looking for a calm and quiet home that will give him the time to adjust and feel comfortable. We are willing to provide everything he might need, and, if necessary, we’ll gladly help with relocation. Also, we can reimburse the adoption fees you'll have to pay.

Story
Bonded with Beau Lucky Lucy is an affectionate and playful gentle girl.   She's been through a lot!   When her previous owner was sent to memory care, a family member shunted her cats to the county shelter, where they were stressed and afraid.   Lucky for Lucy, ForeverMeow was able to place her in a temporary foster home (with a "snow bird" Canadian).  She is currently being fostered with Beau (the shy gentle giant), also from her previous home. We are hoping that Lucy's luck bears out!  Hopefully, someone sees this adoption ad, and wants to come meet her (and/or Beau) to see if she might be their special one?  They do not need to be adopted together. Lucy enjoys being held and cuddled, and will rub up on you for affection with no end point in sight!  She is truly a love-dove.  She also enjoys self-playing with her toys.  * * * * * Adoption Application here Adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, FVRCP vaccination (core feline vaccine), rabies vaccination (if old enough), FIV/FeLV test, deworming, microchipping, an initial free veterinary examination at a specified veterinary practice, and lifelong cat behavioral support from a Humane Society of the United States certified cat behavior counselor: - Kittens - 1 year                  $45 - Adult 1 year - 10 years        $25 - Senior 10years+                 $0 REQUIREMENTS: Unless specifically indicated, INDOOR pets only and NO declawing - all of our cats and kittens use a variety of scratching posts and other scratching devices. Story
Rafiki is a young highly energetic and playful boy!  He is an intelligent cat and an excellent hunter.  Because of his high energy and zest for life, sometimes he can feel overstimulated, so he needs a cat experienced adopter who responds sensitively to a cat's likes & dislikes (no young children, please). Rafiki is a truly entertaining companion, and his clown-like antics will keep you laughing!! At ForeverMeow, he  enjoys access to a "catio" - an enclosed outdoor cat safe porch.  He would do well in a home where someone could offer him this enrichment. We think Rafiki would do best as an only cat.  While he is fine with cats on the other side of a screen door, he gets too hyper and overstimulated if he has to share the same space with another cat.  He needs to be your one and only spoiled prince! For more information about Rafiki and to schedule a meet and greet, please fill out the adoption questionnaire (link below). *** Adoption Application here Adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, FVRCP vaccination (core feline vaccine), rabies vaccination (if old enough), FIV/FeLV test, deworming, microchipping, an initial free veterinary examination at a specified veterinary practice, and lifelong cat behavioral support from a Humane Society of the United States certified cat behavior counselor: - Kittens - 1 year                  $45 - Adult 1 year - 10 years        $25 - Senior 10years+                 $0 REQUIREMENTS: Unless specifically indicated, INDOOR pets only and NO declawing - all of our cats and kittens use a variety of scratching posts and other scratching devices.
