Story
I met Cody for the first time at the Richland Hills animal shelter. He was one of 5 kittens in the litter. He had been brought in by someone who was not able to care for that many cats. We adopted Cody as well as his runt brother, when they were 7 weeks old Unfortunately little Bowie, who weighed less than a pound, didn’t make it. Cody is now 10 months old and weighs 12 pounds. He loves to play and can get really wound up while chasing birds (not real ones). Cody has a huge personality and loves to chase and be chased. He still has an occasional biting problem but has improved tremendously since bring him home. Cody loves Fancy Feast Florentine and almost inhales his treats. If you give him a treat he will do anything for you. Because Cody is so active I believe he would be happier in a forever home where there are children to play with, or someone who is home all day and can give him the attention he needs. He does not like being home alone. Maybe another cat to play...
