Story

Nash was found wandering the streets of Arlington but no one came for him. His shelter "before" pictures are included, and it's hard to believe this is the same dog! He went from malnourished, scared and shaking to outgoing and friendly within his first week of freedom. Nash has turned out to be a very loving, affectionate boy, who is now both house trained and crate trained. He takes treats gently. He is doing great with basic training but is still working on manners and learning to walk on a leash. Nash does well with dogs of all sizes although he would also be very happy as an only dog. Nash is heartworm negative, he has been neutered, fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and is ready for his forever home. Due to an injury on this tail that continued being re-injured due to his constant tail wagging, we did have to amputate it and now he has an adorable little nub that he is able to wag furiously! Panda has received basic obedience training, and loves to do agility training. Panda is a smiley, energetic girl who loves to run and stalk her friend Sonny. She was terrified when she first arrived and was reactive. Now she walks thru the room full of dogs she does not know with a sniff here and there but heads straight for her crate. she crates very well, and she will not mess in her crate. she loves to explore the big field, chase squirrels and play. Panda would be a wonderful hunting dog once trained. she stalks her friend like she is a cat...getting low to the ground, silently growing nearer to her prey, and then pouncing. she is very fast as well, and can jump like an nba player. Please consider giving Panda her forever home. Her adoption fee is $250 and includes her vetting, spay, and microchip.

Harper is a 7 month old plott hound mix who LOVES to run, play and cuddle. She is also an attention hog. We got her in November of 2019, eager to train her as a farm pup. Unfortunatley, she has a hunting spirit, and has attacked some of the other animals on the farm. (My cat that I adopted before her and three of our chickens) She needs a home with a family that can provide her a backyard to run around in and lots of love and attention. She is by far my favorite dog, but for the safety of the other animals, we have to rehome her. She is great around other dogs and loves having them as playmates.
