Story
I took my best guess for the breed- she is a mutt. Mallie is a SUPER cute playful dog! She LOVES playing with her toys and will do so for hours, especially fetch. She wants to be with her humans and gets very excited to see you. She has a ton of energy and wants to learn new tricks. She is very trainable & is great on the leash. She has no issues with being boarded with lots of other dogs. The boarders always tell us how much they love her. We did the GA Dog Gym 7 week training program with her. We did her training at home only though. This is an extremely hard decision for us to make. We love Mallie. We are struggling with a multiple pet family. I do not think we are able to give Mallie the amount of attention that she deserves. Lately, Mallie is showing aggression towards one of our other dogs & it is not a situation we are comfortable with. However, no serious injurIes have ever occurred. She would possibly do better with more attention and maybe in a 1 animal home.

    Hello, Hello! My name is Rocketeer and I am 3 1/2-years-old, and I weigh 46 pounds. I am a Pointer mix. I am very playful and I am discovering new things every day, like walking on the leash, being crate-trained…but my foster mom tells me that she is very impressed by my daily progress. She also tells me that I am handsome and very sweet! And I make her smile every day because I am still a puppy at heart! I love other dogs and I just want to play with them I haven’t met a cat but I think I would be too excited to leave it alone. Story
Macie is a gorgeous girl, approx. 18 months old, sweet and loving around adults, but gets nervous around children. When we adopted her from a shelter, we had just lost our previous pointer mix and were eager to find another dog of the same breed. Macie did fit the profile from her description on her adoption papers - house trained, good with kids, cats and other dogs - but soon we found out that those statements were not exactly true. We tried everything to correct the issues through a lot of training and patience. She became good about going potty outside, she also did well in doggie day care with other dogs. The only problem she has is with children. She gets very anxious around them and tries to mouth them on their hands and feet. We have 4 children living with us, under the age of 12, and she didn't get used to them. According to the trainer this will be a very difficult thing to correct. Macie will be a great companion in an adult only home.

If you are looking for a trainable, energetic side kick that has the right amount of cuddle, look no further. Sally is looking for a home with an active family that can provide activity multiple times a day. She is house trained, comes to her name and gives the best hugs. She deserves a home with a lot of land and parents who can give her more time to play! She must belong to a family that is willing to play ball and rough house. I would not recommend a family with young children.
