From her foster: Natalya is a sweetheart, she loves everyone and loves to give hugs and kisses She seems to do well with small dogs and loves to be outdoors and playing in water. She does well with children. She is great with children though she doesn't understand she is a larger dog and may knock kids down or adults. She isn't the best with small animals such as chickens or small Rodents. Cats unknown.

My name is Marbles. I am between 3-4 months old and looking for my forever home. I went to the vet on Wednesday and learned that I am a hound and pointer mix. My current foster parents have made several observations in our brief time together. First of all, I am very laid back and good with kids in the house (ages 7, 14) as well as others that I meet in passing. I am fairly quiet and do not bark much. When I do, it surprises me and sometimes scares me. I am very lovable and always enjoy a good tummy rub. I love them so much that sometimes I will drop to my back on the middle of a walk for a tummy rub. Speaking of walks, I enjoy listening to sounds, especially those of birds. I also like to celebrate all of nature's spring scents. I haven't lived with my foster parent long, but I already know how to lead my parents back to the house. I enjoy routine and may be a bit superstitious as I follow the same path into the house each and every time after watering the bushes. I enjoy cuddling and snuggling with my humans. I also enjoy being pet and an occasional kiss. I just know you are going to fall for me when we meet. Pinto Pie here, aka Pinto, letting you know I'd love to come live at your house if you would want a silky soft snuggler! I am a pretty mellow girl and don't get into much trouble, except I do like to run off with the kitchen towels. When I'm told NO, I stop what I am doing. I have been practicing potty training since arriving in Minnesota, but right now I usually wake my humans once around 2-3 am; I'm still a pretty young puppy; but when I get taken out, I do my business and go right back in the kennel to sleep for the rest of the night. I am getting to like my kennel and I understand now if I cry, it won't get me out so I may as well quit. My foster say I am learning quickly! The resident pups here sometime bark at things outside, I don't do that much, but everyone seems to be learning not to do that, so I'm learning it isn't the thing to do. We are trying this leash thing and I'm better if I have a dog with me to show me the way to do it. I went alone today, and we met a big friendly dog. It was very scary, and I didn't like it much. I am a little timid when I first run into something new, but I catch on fairly quickly; I do know kids are ok and they love seeing me. Did I mention I am super soft, and I have white eyelashes around my black eye shadow! She's adjusted well to living with other pups in the home and meeting lots of new people. Honey's ideal home is a bit calmer home with humans that will give her plenty of exercise and lovin'. HONEY, 8, Pointer People-friendly: Very! Dogs: Does best with larger dogs. Cats: Unknown Crate trained: Honey doesn't care for a kennel. She will do best in a home that doesn't prefer their dogs to be kennel. Potty trained: Yep! Dumont would do best in a home without small children as his herding instincts are strong. Dumont tends to get nervous when people are out of his sight-line, he will need training to help him with this and being around other animals. Dumont listens very well, and is potty trained. Dumont does have a non-weight bearing bone in his toe that is broken, but loves to run and jump all the same with no pain.
