Anita is a sweet and gentle girl. She was adopted out as a puppy, but was sadly returned to us after more than 2 years. She needs a home without cats. Anita is picky about her dog friends, so a meet and greet with potential fur siblings is recommended! She has lived with a very active male dog and one that is much more relaxed, and they did very well together. Both of these boys were bigger dogs than her (maybe she just likes to have big brothers to help her feel secure). She will have to be in a home with older children. She loves snuggles, belly rubs, and walks. This smart girl is also housetrained!!! Anita has spent such a large majority of her life at the Haven, that she will need a person willing to work through her adjustment period once getting her home. We know she loves us and all of her dog friends at the Haven, but we also know that after a little bit of time, she will understand just how incredible a real home can be! Anita is micro-chipped, spayed, and up-to-date on all of her shots. Her date of birth is 1-25-14. Anita weighs 62 pounds....All pets have lifetime sanctuary at Haven of the Ozarks. If they cannot remain with their adopter, they must be returned to the Haven.Adoption fees are as follows: Puppies under the age of 6 months - $125Dogs weighing 30 pounds and less - $125 Dogs ages 6 months to 5 yrs old - $90Dogs over the age of 5 yrs old - $75.Cats under the age of 6 months old - $75Cats over the age of 6 months old - $65

Story
We are brother and sister, Marsh and Mellow, respectively. A nice man found us after being abandoned. He couldn't keep us, so now we live with his neighbor (who also wants to find us a forever home). We eat, sleep, and play together everyday. The one constant in our lives has been each other, and we don't want that to change! So a little about us. I'm Marsh (white, black, and brown) and I'm cautious, but sweet. Once I'm comfortable, get ready for cuddles and kisses. I try my best to be good, and I love to be under the covers, snuggled up to someone's legs. My sister, Mellow (white with tan spots), is the kamikaze puppy. She has complete faith that things will turn out alright, whether she's jumping from a nearby chair into a lap, or playing with a dog 5 times her size. She's daring and darling, and can charm even the most grumpy cats. Plus, she has the cutest underbite. She sleeps wherever I am. Even on top of me! But it never bothers me, because I love her, too.

I am trying to find a home for two puppies: Marsh and Mellow, brother and sister, respectively. My neighbor found them dumped on his property, and now I have them. They are somewhere around 9-10 months old. They play with each other, sleep next to each other, and have never been apart. All these pups have known is life together, and it seems a shame to change that. Marsh (white, black, and spotted) is cautious, preferring to wait until his sister gives the all clear. Once he's comfortable, get ready for a happy-go-lucky dude. He's also very obedient and sincere. He loves to be under the covers, snuggled up to my legs. Mellow (white with tan spots) is the kamikaze puppy. She has complete faith that things will turn out alright whether she's jumping from a nearby chair into a lap or playing with a dog 5 times her size. She's daring and darling, the most affectionate dog I've ever met. She sleeps where ever her brother is. Even on top of him!
