DOBBIE is a beautiful little girl that loves to run around and explore things. She is a belly rub hog and snuggling expert. She is crate & house trained. She is good with cats & small/medium dogs. She needs time to warm up to bigger dogs as some smaller dogs do. She is current on all shots at this time. Dobbie would love to find her forever home with the perfect family. Please consider making her wish come true. Adoption fee & spay contract (if she has not already been spayed) will be required.

Hi! My name is Skippy! I was found near the base gate but no one hung signs looking for me and no one knew how I got there. Someone said that I was dumped, but a great family found me and have been taking great care of me with a little help from the rescue. I am a good boy! I know how to hang out in a crate and how to play outside with my foster furbrother. I love it here but they say I will be adopted and have my own family someday. I think I will like that. Because we are foster based, we require an approved application before a meet and greet can be scheduled. We think that is fair for our fosters so every meet and greet can be scheduled. We think that is fair for our fosters so every meet and greet has the potential to result in an immediate adoption.We work with many rescues and strive to find every rescue in our care a great home. Sometimes that means transferring that pet to another location where adoption may be more likely.  If you are interesting in meeting any of our pets, the process is to complete an application.  It can be downloaded as a pdf document from our website and submitted by email to WindyRidgeRescue@gmail.com  as a scanned document or as photos OR can be completed entirely online. Both links are in the header of our website.   Because we are foster based, we require an approved application to schedule a meet and greet. We feel that is fair to our fosters and rescues so every meet and greet can result in an adoption.  &#226&#128&#139Adoption fees are negotiable but our goal is to break even on a pet's medical expenses, although we know that will be the exception and not the case most of the time. Average adoption fees in the area range from $175 up to $450.  &#226&#128&#139As with every rescue, our resources are limited and the need for rescue help is unlimited. Your generosity helps us to rescue more.   &#226&#128&#139Adopting or fostering for a rescue frees up a space where a new rescue can reside.  &#226&#128&#139If you can't adopt or foster, than please consider donating.
