PLEASE CONTACT: 734-397-8187 or email: gja48188@yahoo.com Simba and Zazu were born to a stray mom that an elderly lady took care of. She wanted to keep them all but could not afford the vetting. And the trailer park she lives in has a pet limit. So we are helping her find them permanent families. Simba is a short-haired polydactyl and outgoing. His brother, Zazu, is a sweet long-haired guy, kind of dependent on his brother, Simba. So it is in their best interests to be adopted together. They've been combo tested; dewormed; all vaccines completed; and they are fixed, too. We can arrange a private appointment in large quarters for you to meet them/adopt them. Adoption fee: $250 FOR BOTH.

Story
Hello to you peoples out there in the interwebs! I am Pomegranate, a simply adorable 2-year-old female, dilute calico with beautiful white markings. Can you spot my extra large toes? It's because I'm a polydactyl. No, I'm not a flying dinosaur. I just have six toes on each of my front paws instead of five, which means I am a descendant of the Ernest Hemingway polydactyl cats. How cool is that? I have a lot of spunk and sass, but I'm really just a softie who wants lots of loving. I enjoy playing with my toys, and then snuggling when I'm all tuckered out, I use the litterbox 100% of the time like a good girl. Adoption fee: $75. Adopt a pair: $110. Fee includes testing, deworming, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip and 30 days of free pet insurance. Adoption and Foster Care ApplicationComplete this form and a volunteer will contact you to answer questions and to schedule a meet-n-greet. Adoption event dates for 2020: May 2, June 6, (no July event), August 1, September 5, October 3, November 7 and December 5. NOTE ABOUT BREED LABELING: Visual breed identification of cats is unreliable and usually inaccurate. So, for most of our adoptable cats, we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each cat or kitten as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our cats based on personality, not by breed label. Adoption Process: Complete the application at www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.

Story
Hello to you humans out there! My name is Mateo and I am here to be your new best friend. I'm a chirpy 1-and-a-half-year-old boy who is full of spunk and energy. Did you know that I'm a polydactyl? No, I'm not a flying dinosaur. I just have six toes on each of my front paws instead of five, which means I am a descendant of the Ernest Hemingway polydactyl cats. How cool is that? Polys are known for being incredibly docile cats. We are gentle and sweet. I guess you could say there's more of me to love. Don't let my big mitten-like feet fool you into thinking I'm clumsy. I'm just as nimble as can be. I'm super cuddly and sweet, and handsome as ever. Bonus! I always use a litterbox like a good boy! Are you ready to be my new best friend? I know I'm ready to be yours. Not good with kids, Not good with cats,
Story
I am picky with other cats and or dogs. I would have to know the home/ people in it and what other animals in it to know if it would be a good fit. I am not good with children. I do demand attention so if you work long hours, not a good fit. I will also try to sneak out the door and wonder off. I am an indoor only cat. I would like a friend, just not in my space. A home 2bedrooms or bigger is a must so I have my own space. I am fixed. So A home with another fixed kitty (no adult cats) is a possibility, If you eat cheese you better be given me a piece, as I will ask. Some Times I want to be picked up or held. Others I do not. I am allowed on furniture just like a human, I like windows too. I do use cat box.. Updated on flea prevention, I do travel will on trips in the car, just no food 2 hours before the trip. I am a smart cat. I AM AN INSIDE ONLY CAT, BUT IF A RODENT GETS LOOSE IN THE HOUSE, I CAN NOT SAY I WONT PLAY WITH IT OR HARM IT. SERIOUS REPLIES ONLY My adoption fee is $ 400 cash. IF interested in me include name( 1st and last) / phone number/ city/ twp and state. Include vet reference. must answer all questions asked in email. We reply to emails within 24 hours of getting them. If approved, we set up meet/greet quickly. If you like her and all is good, she can be adopted at meet/greet.

Not good with dogs,
Story
Certified Pre-Owned Cat! Features and Specs: - 10 years old, fixed - Poly toed - check out the cool extra toes on her front paws! - great with the litter box - good with other cats, does not like dogs - best in a quiet home Multi-point Inspection: - current on vaccinations - microchipped - healthy How do I see her? We don't have a facility so we rely on volunteers to temporarily house animals until adopted. We have regular adoption events where we can bring her or we can bring her directly to you - we just have you fill out an application at tysonsplacerescue.org HER STORY: Did you check out Kitty's cool front paws? All thumbs! Kitty was a long time loyal companion to her elderly owner. Unfortunately, her owner became ill and went into hospice care, leaving Kitty at a local animal shelter. Kitty sought out the safety of a bed that was tucked into a shelter shelf, where she could be away from all the action. Though she hadn't lived with other cats before, she did ok with the cats in the community cat room at the shelter. Her previous family said that she did not appreciate the company of dogs though. We were able to rescue her from the shelter and get her settled into a foster home. Tyson's Place Animal Rescue helps terminally ill people find homes for their pets, so we were so happy to get her from a shelter into a foster home until she is adopted. Kitty is a sassy, spirited girl that has a queenly attitude. She enjoys purring, exploring the house, and sleeping on the bed at night. She does enjoy being pet, but typical to her royal attitude, she lets you know when you have pet her too much. She would do best in a home with someone who understands and embraces the unique catitudes that our feline friends can have and appreciates Kitty for her whole personality. Her foster parents affectionately call her "Karen" Kitty after all the Internet memes that mock Karen as an entitled woman. She is fixed, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. She is a healthy girl eager for a home to call her own. Do you have a quiet place to for this girl to call home for the next several years of her life? Please email us at tysonsplacerescue@gmail.com or apply to adopt her online at tysonsplacerescue.org
