Kensington is a cute 8-year old male who arrived at the shelter after a Good Samaritan found him walking all by himself on a street. This older gentleman has a very sweet gentle disposition. He is a low energy, very mellow boy who loves to be pet.  Kensington is hearing and vision impaired. He can hear if you speak in a louder than normal voice and gets around quite well with his impaired vision once he is familiar with his surroundings.  He can do the few steps on the outside deck but not inside flights of stairs due to his vision and falling down them. He also has a collapsing trachea and is doing well on his medications. Despite these things, he is still a happy boy who loves cuddles!   Because he is an older gentleman Kensington prefers a quieter home. He is good with any age children, but would do best with older children as they seem to fit his disposition best.   Kensington enjoys his walks and walks well on a leash- harness only, no collar, due to his collapsing trachea.        Kensington always has free roam in his foster home, so it is unknown how he would respond to crates. I’m 4yrs old, i’m sweet and a calm dog, i’m crate trained and potty trained. I like to have my own space when it gets to loud. I don’t tolerate little kids very much. I’m learning to be better on a leash, i tend to be vocal sometimes. I love playing out doors, playing fetch and tug a war. I love squeaky toys especially my lamb. I get along with other dogs just takes me sometime to warm up to them. Car rides are a blast and I enjoy them very much. Honey's adoption fee includes: full veterinary exam, spay, prepaid microchip, dewormer, Rabies vaccine, Distemper combo vaccine, bordetella vaccine, 4DX, flea/tick and heartworm preventative while in rescue. He loves staying close to his people and enjoys curling up nearby. Luke is gentle, calm, and eager to please. He has an endless love of walks, spending time in the yard, and following his people around. Luke is great with other dogs and all ages of people. His soft mouth and calm personality make him an ideal family dog. Easy-going and friendly, Luke’s warm demeanor makes him a joy to have around. He is fully potty trained and can stay comfortably in a crate during a workday or loose in a specific area of the house. At night, he can sleep in his crate, but also would enjoy a cozy dog bed near his humans. Luke is an exceptional dog who will surely bring endless love and happiness to his new home.
