Story
We acquired Diesel thru a Pug Breeder about an hour and a half outside of Oklahoma City. Diesel was 6 weeks old when we brought him home. After having him for two weeks, we had to rush him to the ER Vet because he was having a seizure. He was diagnosed with juvenile epilepsy and we were told to just make him comfortable and that he would probably only live for two more weeks. Diesel is now 8 years old and has had his share of medical issues over the years with his epilepsy and seizures but it has been manageable with regular doctor’s visits and several medications. A few months ago, Diesel’s seizures progressed and have become more frequent even with medication, progressively advancing so much that he had over 10 seizures in one day. We have a 5-week old newborn at home and with Diesel’s medical needs increasing, it’s become more than we can manage. We are looking to re-home Diesel with a family that has the time and a heart of patience to love Diesel and his special needs.

Story
Parker the pug mix is a sweetheart. He's great with my dogs (both girls) and my boy cat. He likes to cuddle but prefers sleeping on the ground on a couple regular bed pillows. He absolutely loves sleeping on pillows. The more the merrier. He cries with joy when i come home and jumps on me to greet me. The more you pet him the more he cries. He CAN climb and get over a 4 feet chain link fence. It's pretty amazing that he can do this but I would say keep an eye on him for a couple weeks until he gets to know you and he will stop doing it. He did it a couple times but went to my front door immediately. I actually caught him balancing on the top of the chain link fence. He is low energy and an easy dog to have around. He likes to play outside and bark at the other dogs through the fence. He's good on a leash. I give him dry food and keep the bowl full for all the animals and they eat it when they feel like it. I've had him for 2 months and i would say he has had about five peeing incidents in the house. Not too bad for a dog who lived outside his whole life. If you let him out at night before you go to bed it's no problem. He's just a good sweet easy going happy dog.
