Story
Bailey was apparently thrown out of his home after one parent passed away and the other went into assisted living. He spent many months outside with various neighbors feeding him but none able to give him a forever home. When I found out about his fate last October, I brought him to my home. He was filthy but very affectionate. He loves people of all ages, other cats and dogs. I brought him to my vet who caught him up on his vaccinations since they were unknown. My vet thinks he is of Rag Doll descent. He is blind in the left eye, is missing teeth, and is older. I then brought him to the groomer and had him cleaned up. He immediately was seen urinating outside of his litter box. He was twice treated for urinary tract infections and I also changed litter and boxes to try to stop this behavior. I have tried everything the vet suggested as well as searching online for possible solutions. As much as it hurts to do so, as a last resort I am trying to find him another home.
