This dog is very trainable. She is very affectionate and loving. The Rhodesian Ridgeback is also known as the African Lion Dog. If you are not familiar with the breed you should do some research on it. They are great dogs. She is quite a great watchdog. She has NEVER bitten anyone but does show aggression to strangers. She gets along with other dogs. The only reason I am need to re home her is because I am traveling too much to care for her properly. It is not fair to the dog to left alone too long. The ideal home for this dog would be in a rural or suburban setting. She needs some space to run and play. A place where you might want a great watchdog would be ideal. I will include all the "Dog Stuff" I have. Including her kennel crate, Pet Safe wireless perimeter with collar, collars, leashes ect.....

To whom ever is reading this post I want you to know that this is so hard for me, if you’re looking for a VERY active dog with a loving personality then keep reading please but, if you are looking for a laidback dog this is not a good fit for you. I want to be 100% honest because Charlie needs to find the right fit and his forever home. I adopted Charlie over a year ago from a woman that had no time for him, his absolute love for life is what caught my attention and I was in due need of a companion. I have a few medical conditions and I had no idea how much energy this dog truly has, if you’re an active person with some time on your hands Charlie would make such a wonderful fun dog. Unfortunately I can’t give him the exercise that he needs. My small fenced backyard just isn’t enough for him. If you are active he would have such a happier life and I know that he would bring you joy.

We took in River as he was already a Rescue dog in hopes of giving him a proper home this past summer. He is a beautiful dog, crazy personality, but is just too much for our 2 year old boy. Loves Bones, Walks, Car Rides & the Beach. We have been training him with Sit Happens. He knows how to come, sit, and place. But again, he is just a little too much for our 2 year old boy. Does very well with other dogs. Needs a home that has a Single person, Couple with no kids or older kids (High School) with a fenced in yard. Will include his Crate, His Place Mat etc.
