Ollie was picked up after he had been hit by a car at a bus stop near a city park. He had many minor cuts and bruises but nothing serious. He was very skinny and looked like he had been running the streets for awhile. Ollie is a good boy that gets very attached to the people he chooses. He probably needs home without children and not alot of visitors but does well with other dogs. Ollie loves giving hugs and kisses, loves his toys, loves to run and would love to just hang out with you. He would make the best friend you ever had once he gets to know you. Come visit Ollie and you will fall in love.

I’ve had my sweetheart Khloee for about two years now. She is a sweetheart & a very silly heart. She enjoys long walks, swimming, & going to visit her friends at the dog park. She is extremely kid friendly & is an awesome family dog. She is all black and has a unique Mohawk going down her back. She has straight hair & has never given birth. She loves to play with people & is very athletic. I have taught her to sit, stay, Stand up when saying “up” & she shakes hands when you ask her, “how are you?” She is also house trained. She loves hugs and kisses. She is a free spirit. As heartbreaking as it is, I can no longer keep her due to landlord issues (no animals allowed policy). As a mother I feel I have to put my child first. I love Khloee with all my heart and really wish I didn’t have to do this. I really hope to find her a beautiful home with a beautiful family who will show her unconditional love as she will to them. Khloee Nicole will never be a regret. Please treat her kindly.

She is a very good dog. But I can't take care of her. I live in a motel room and not room to play. And I work and come home and I am so very tired when I get home and sometime I forget to feed her and take her out to do her thing. I can't take care of my dog anymore. I love my dog so much. I just don't want to give her up at all. But I have to. Because My Husband always take care of her but he went to jail. I am always working.

Elly is quite lazy but will certainly chase any cats she sees! She knows several commands like sit, come, and shake. She does pull on when leashed but I’m teaching her how to go for a walk as I foster her. My coworker found her as a stray about a year ago. He’s kept her since then, having her vaccinated and microchipped. Recently unfortunately he’s moved into an apartment that doesn’t allow pets so I am fostering her until an adopter can be found.

Meet Olivia: She and her 2 puppies were living in a neighborhood utility easement surviving off of the streets. Olivia is VERY sweet, well behaved, knows commands and is gentle. She loves people, getting her belly rubbed, giving kisses and playing with toys but does prefer to be the only dog in your life. We are not sure how such a sweet girl could end up on the streets, with babies, and even more so- why she is still at our shelter. Give us a call if you are interested in meeting Olivia she will steal your heart.

Meet SNOOPY! He is an 8 month old Catahoula mixand is a very special critter! He was born with a congenital defect and his eyes didn’t completely develop.  This doesn’t slow him down for one second! He loves to run, jump and play! He especially loves kids and he is good with cats.  Snoopy weighs about 40 pounds and has a little more to grow.  He needs a weeeee bit of manners training just because he is SO foot loose and fancy free.  I don’t think this kid has a serious bone in his body! If you are looking for a friend for your dog or a great kid dog, this is it!
