Story
I want to make clear that Xena is a completely loving and energetic dog. She’s never hurt or bit someone or another dog. With that being said she can be a little too energetic but I believe that’s due to her lifestyle. I’m currently a college student taking full time classes working part time and playing sports. It’s hard for me to find the time and energy to keep her entertained and it’s led to a lot of particular tendencies that I believe can be battles of she just had a backyard and some friends to run around with. When my family and I got this dog I’m 2015 our landlord was completely ok. After she grew, Xena intimidates our landlord and we were forced to move suddenly. We ended up in a small apartment where her activities and freedoms were severely restricted. Along with other circumstances, it ended up just me and her in my room of a house I’m renting out with roommates. She’s a great dog I just can’t be what she needs. She deserves a better life and I can’t give that to her.

Story
Aries was born on Feb 18, 2019. I took him in as a rescue when he was six months old, but he began exhibiting signs of aggression. After neutering him, socializing him with my husky and cats, and training him around other people, he has turned a new leaf. He loves to catch rain drops as they are falling from the sky, and will spend the entire day playing fetch with you. He is trained to walk without a leash, but has not completely mastered that skill yet (he gets distracted). With all of that being said, he is still triggered occasionally by men and is extremely possessive over his toys and food. Since I have small children that want to play and touch him without letting him sniff them first, I have reached the point where I need to make a decision on whether or not he can stay with our family. I believe that he would be much happier and experience a lot less stress if he is placed in a home with an experienced dog owner with no other permanent pets or small children.

Story
**THIS DOG IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING AT THE SHELTER. Only approved applicants will be contacted due to staffing. Email completed applications to eas@Everettwa.gov Applications can be found on our website everettwa.gov/adopt**Chuck is a typical Rottie who sometimes observes the outside world with a self-assured aloofness and as such needs an experience Rottweiler home with no kids. Chuck will need a meet and great with any resident dogs but has played well in playgroups at the shelter with other confident dogs. .The aloof demeanor these world-class guardians present to outsiders belies the playfulness, and downright silliness, that endear Rotties to their loved ones
