She is bright and playful and doing well learning some manners and housetraining. Penny will keep you laughing with her antics. Penny is a firecracker, full of energy and happiness. She wants to make you happy and wants to be best friends with everybody she meets. She would love to have a fenced yard and a fur friend to play with. Penny is available for adoption by completing an application at www.savingdogsrescue.com.
