Hi! My name is Katara and I'm at the Santa Barbara Campus. I'm a 6 month old, female, Poodle/Golden Retriever mix who is very friendly and playful, I love to meet new people, run around in the yard and am very treat motivated! I have lived and done good with other dogs and with a proper introduction, if another dog in the home, I could do well. I am a very bouncy and playful girl that would benefit from training, so if you have time to share with me I would love to meet you! Interested in meeting me? Adoption Centers are open daily 12-4:30pm, closed Wednesdays. Adoptions are on a first-come first served basis. For more information please email Adopt@SBHumane.org or call 805-964-4777. When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home. Our adoption fees help support our community programs and the next animal who needs our help!

Hi! My name is Eve and I'm at the Santa Barbara Campus. I'm an 11 month old, spayed Female Poodle mix. I have had a rough time trying to find my person. You see, people think that I am a calm dog when they first meet me and then once they take me home I am a wild girl who is working on how mouthy I can be in those moments. I like to settle and once you get comfortable I get up and have a burst of energy. I have been adopted a few times but because of my energy and training I need, those homes just didn't work out. I will need a very active person who has the time to take me on walks as well as to a positive reinforcement training class (or 20 :-). I will need everyone to be consistent with me and my training and not let my cute ways deter anyone from the plan. If you are active, patient and dedicated, please come talk to my friends to see if you would be a good fit. Because of my returns, my friends are going to be selective and really try to match me accordingly. They know it still may not work out but will do their best to set me up for success.
