Story
MINNIE and MICKIE are a 11-year-old sister and brother pair who are devoted to each other. They have beautiful black and white tuxedo markings and amazingly silky fur. Minnie is a bit less brave, but with some patience, she will warm up to you and will even cuddle in your lap. She is very loving and will greet you with a cute meow. Mickie is very inquisitive and playful, and loves to play with feather wands. He is a foodie, always interested in what you are cooking the kitchen. Minnie and Mickie were very shy and timid when they first arrived in their foster home, but after bonding with their foster mom, both kitties have blossomed and are doing well. They were surrendered when their original owner experienced a sudden decline in her health. These two precious siblings need a QUIET home without young children or other cats, and a patient owner who will allow them to adjust to their new home and blossom into the wonderful, sweet kitties we know they can be. Minnie and Mickie have done well with their foster mom's dog and would likely get along with a dog that gives them space. Minnie and Mickie are extremely bonded and must be adopted together - the sponsored adoption fee for the pair is $80 (normally $110 for 2 senior cats). They are in excellent health, have been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (they are negative), altered, microchipped, vaccinated, defleaed and dewormed, plus you get a free wellness exam. To meet Minnie and Mickie in foster, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt. A volunteer will contact you within 1-3 days for a possible meet and greet. The adoption fee allows us to continue to help other cats in need. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. Story
GRAHAM and his sister HAVARTI are a sweet pair of 11-month-old siblings who are very close and share a special bond. GRAHAM is a sweet-natured silver tabby boy. Though he’s a bit shy, he has a funny and adorable way of saying his begging for his dinner or attention. Or maybe saying ‘prayers’? Graham loves attention, and he’ll make a great lap buddy with his sweet meow and gentle purr. He absolutely loves the resident dog and will curl up, snuggled in the fur at every opportunity, but he does like to play, especially with coiled rings, catnip mice, the red dot and Da Bird wand toys. His beautiful sister HAVARTI is a brown tabby girl with a bob tail who loves attention, and her life goal is to become a professional lap cat, and to show off her advanced purring skills. She does have a playful side, and her favorite toys are the plastic coils, catnip mice, the red dot and Da Bird wand toy. Graham and Havarti, along with their mother and 2 siblings, lost their home when their person passed away and were lovingly fostered by a volunteer. In their foster home, they got along well with six resident cats of varying ages and temperaments and an 89-lb friendly resident dog. Graham and Havarti are extremely bonded and must be adopted together - the sponsored adoption fee for the pair is $150 (normally $225 for 2 young cats). They are both darling, sweet siblings who just want to love their people in their forever home. While otherwise in excellent health, Graham and Havarti have some gum issues and have received appropriate dental treatment. Their teeth will need to continue to be monitored in the future. They have been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (negative), altered, microchipped, vaccinated, defleaed and dewormed, and include a free vet wellness exam. To meet GRAHAM & HAVARTI in foster, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt. A volunteer will contact you within 1-3 days for a possible meet and greet.
