Story
Luna is smart, attentive and listens. She is a great dog who seeks attention. She is food motivated and will do anything for a treat. The owner of the dog left town, but I know she came from the Dumb Friends League. So I’m assured her shots and records are there and up to date. Someone’s trained her an she knows the standard tricks. As I’ve played with her I’ve seen how fast she learns. In my process of trying to keep her she has been around multiple homes, people and children and has never been a problem. She is everything you can ask for in a dog. I am desperate to find her a solid home so can be herself.

Niko can best be described as a sweet soul with a heart of gold that wants desperately to please his humans. Niko loves going for walks, especially long ones, and enjoys a daily dose of green beans with his evening meal. Car rides are a treat and Niko settles in nicely, but he's also happy to join you on the couch for a bit of R&R. If you're looking for a buddy to join you on life's adventures, Niko is your guy! When Niko loves, he loves hard. And unfortunately, this means that Niko will be protective of his favorite things, which can include his people, his food and his home. Niko has excelled at obedience training, however, he will need an adopter or adoptive family that understands behavioral training and is willing continue to work with Niko on a daily basis. To assist his forever family with this need, Niko comes with 2 private, in-home behavioral training lessons to be provided by the rescue. Breed knowledge, training experience, and patience and understanding will be necessary for this sweet boy. Through no fault of his own, for many years Niko often had the things he so passionately loved taken from him - his people, his food, his safety.  He now protects these things now the only way he knows how. 0320019 Say hello to little miss Suzi Q! She is a young( 2-3 years ) mix breed and her paperwork says she is a Shar-Pei mix. She is just a little thing and weighs about 20 pounds. She loves toys and can entertain herself for quite awhile. She would love to have a home with another dog to play with and she thinks kids are great too! She can be shy at first but after she trusts her people, her silly spunky personality shines. She is potty trained and crate trained but prefers to sleep in bed with her family at night. She is a lover for soft blankets and couches. She is obsessed with walks and gets so excited when she hears “ Are you ready for a walk ?”She is still recovering from a skin condition but her coat will be back to normal in no time. ##591891##

I am looking for a good home for a large five-year old pit bull/St. Bernard Mix female named Rose. She is very energetic and friendly. She is extremely playful and hasn't spent much time indoors during her adult life although she is kennel trained. She needs a home that can dedicate the time to teaching her basic commands and give her the attention that she deserves. We had a litter of 9 five years ago and gave one to our son - since then he has gone through homelessness and adversity that forced him to leave her behind. I do not have the time or financial means to continue to support this beautiful girl. She needs a caring and loving home. She is good with other dogs and gentle with children. She deserves consistent attention.

She has some mixed reactions with other dogs, has lived with another dog for 3 years and alone for 4. Housetrained and trained with some commands. She was trained at the Colorado Dog Academy and free individual and group classes are transferable to her new owner.
