Courtesy Listing! Please contact foster parent for more information and inquiries below! She is a 3 year old, boxer mix. She is up-to-date on vaccines, spayed, heartworm-neg, microchipped, crate trained, and seems to love all dogs. She is good with small children, but I'm unsure about cats (we don't have any). She will need a home with a fence and someone that wants to be active. She loves to play hard, but then will calm down and relax with you. She loves all dogs and doesn't have a mean bone in her body. Boarding dogs have gotten in her crate with her, taken her food, played too rough with her and she has never gotten mean back at them. She will do great in any home with another dog, as long as they just want to play with her!!! Her backstory: She was an Owner Surrender to me almost 2 years ago, because she was pottying in her crate. Come to find out after only a couple days, it was their fault for not taking her out enough and blaming her. Then punishing her that made her scared of everything. After about a week with me, she has attached to me and does anything you ask of her, She does basic commands, and has never had another accident in her crate. We have named her the resident dog for our dog boarding business, but I want more for her. I'm glad that she wasn't taken to the shelter like her previous owners had planned, but I don't want to be a "Resident" dog forever. She deserves an amazing, loving family. Story
Emma is a sweet, very trainable, eager to please pup! She is very food motivated, so she responds very well to consistent training, and is also not at all food aggressive. Unfortunately shes figured out how to climb chain link fences, and since then has gotten out at nearly every opportunity. So a wood fenced in back yard is preferable. She's around 1 year 3 months, and as such, is still very much a pup. Shes a bit jumpy and mouthy when she gets riled up. She loves playing fetch and cuddling.
