Story
Meet Foxie JuM Name: My name is Foxie for my fox like ears. But I most resemble a meerkat in coloring and expression and stamina and stature, but no self-respecting dog wants to be labeled after a kat, so I chose fox due to it being my canine cousin and all. Personality: If I were a toy, I would be a cat's laser pointer, because I am bouncey and all over the place. I love to run and play. But I will stop for hotdogs and hugs. Could Use Some Work On: When I first got to the rescue the volunteer said "she could use some practice on leash walking ability, but honestly, I don't think she got the objective of the game. I pull and lead and the human follows along. Convince me I am wrong. Is this not how it works? What is the problemo? I see none. But that my friends was a bad attitude. After weeks of practice I now can walk on a leash, almost properly, but I do get excited initially. Cutest Move: My ear perks are on point. Favorite Exercise: Stomach crunches! I want some crunchy stuffs in my stomach. I don't really get how stomach crunchs are an exercise, seems like putting crunchy stuffs in your tummy would be the oppawsite of exercise. Doggitude: I love playing with people but could use a little manners with my jumps. I prefer a playful male dog over the serious female types. I also tend to start off kinda pushy so that I don't look like a pushyover and not all dogs dig that either, especially the other pushy girls. I would do best with a male playmate in a home if your female is equally bossy. Age/Weight/Breed: I almost forgot the important stats. I am 2 years old and 30-40 pounds. I was listed at the shelter as a Shepherd/Husky mix, but the volunteers find that questionable and feel I most resemble and act like a Shiba Inu. So I am rolling with that. Do you wanna roll with me? Basics: Foxie JuM- female, 2 years, 30-40 lbs, Shepherd/Shiba Inu mix, tan/brown, active, good with dogs, could use some manners like practice leash walking, does better with playful male dogs, sometimes too pushy with other pushy females, really loves to play with people and is quite active and cute me? Local adoption fee $200.00 (within Texas) Out of State adoption fee $400.00 with transport out of Texas

Story
This handsome boy is Doge. I did the Embark DNA test on Mr. Doge and it says he is 30% Husky, 30% boxer and 40% other. I found Doge wandering the streets last year starving. He was also very skiddish so I think he may have been abused. Doge loves to cuddle, run, play and hunt. he sits outside for hours and waits for squirrels that he can chase and he has killed a few rats and brought them to me as little presents with a smile on his face. Doge does have a few kinks that he needs worked out. Doge is VERY over-protective and territorial with whatever is "his" area and "his" hooman he bonds with which can be good if you want a home defence doggo or a dog to protect you but very bad if you have lots of random people that enter his/your space. whenever someone tries to enter my room (which is also his space where he eats and sleeps) he will growl and lunge if they keep trying to go in the room. Doge really just needs a lot of land to run around on and hunt and maybe have his own space

Story
This is my baby boy Yoshi. Or as we call him yoshi bear because hes a teddy bear. Yoshi is 8 years old and has a birthday of July 23rd. I rescued him in may of 2014 and he has got me through a lot of tough times. Hes a great clam and loyal dog but does struggle with seperation anxiety and has a very sensitive stomach. He has been on the same feeding schedule as long as I've had him but if you dont feed him at the same time everyday he will get sick. So I give him an antacid to help calm his stomach. I am in the military and am being relocated to a place I cannot take him. I want to make sure he goes to a great home and is well taken care of. Hes a great companion, great with kids but the anxiety and stomach issues are not always the easiest to deal with. His sensitive stomach is triggered by his anxiety. So he will have some diarrhea issues in the beginning due to a big change. He needs someone patient and attentive.
