Snowshoe kittens & cats in Poughkeepsie, New York

My ex-husband and I had Sylvester (black mustache) & Pierre (white mustache) since they were kittens. They were born to the same litter and have always been together. I'd love to see them adopted as a bonded pair but I think they will be OK if they were to be separated. 2 years ago we divorced and I'm now engaged to someone who is highly allergic. He has been given medicine from his allergist to mitigate the symptoms but it hasn't worked. We've had to put locks on all the doors to keep the cats out of the rooms where my fiance spends time and it's not ideal. They are active, love to play & be touched They're better off w/a family who will not keep them at a distance. They are territorial of their "person" and would be better off with a household of 2+. Pierre likes to claim the alpha and not let Sly anywhere near his "person." If there is only 1 person, Sly may hide in the background. They've never lived with any other animals. They love treats, cuddling, laser pointers & being inside.
