Millie was not socialized early enough to be with other dogs and doesn't understand how to be around them or play with them, therefore, she needs to be an only dog. A home with a fenced-yard and an active person who works from home or works part time would be ideal for this young girl. A screened porch doesn't qualify as a fenced-yard.
