Story
Emmaline is a gorgeous pure bred Tree Walking Coonhound that is looking for a wonderful home and family who love the Hound characteristics and gentle ways. This girl is about 2 years old and weighs 50 pounds. She was found at a construction site yard with her 6 puppies that were about 6 weeks old and lucky to be alive. This girl is housetrained and loves to sit and cuddle with you on the sofa. She is fabulous with other dogs and cats as well.   Nothing wrong with this girl except that She doesn’t have a home and family yet.  She is in foster care but the foster mom has to give her up very soon and we are in search of a new foster or a forever home ASAP.   The current foster mom says Emmaline  makes her laugh every day with her delightful personality and her loving ways.   If you are looking for a wonderful medium sized dog to love then Emmaline is the one for you.  She will need a fenced yard because a Hound needs some room to stretch their legs and get that exercise worked off.     PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com

Story
She has tons of energy and I just don’t have enough time to give her. She spends about 18 hours a day in her crate when I work, so she needs someone to give her more time. She’s house and crate trained and loves walks. Not a big fan of riding in the car yet but the vet said she’s probably going to grow out of that.

Story
Tracker is a large breed Treeing Walker Hound looking for a forever home. Tracker is only about 4 years old and has been bounced around a lot. He was started on hunting but wasn't very good at it. We are looking for an adopter that is familiar with hounds. Hounds are working dogs, they need proper exercise or brain stimulation to curb boredom. Hounds tend to get in trouble when they follow their noses so a fenced yard or proper dog run is required. Hounds also like to howl, especially when bored, so no apartment living for this guy, although he is quiet when inside. Tracker is house broken, good with other dogs and good with kids. It is unknown how he is with cats. Adoption fee is $375 to help cover medical costs and daily care. If you are interested in adopting, the first step is always to fill out an application on our website at fairytails-rescue.weebly.com once your application has been processed we will be in touch regarding a home visit/meet and greet

Story
Annie the treeing walker coonhound needs someone special to give her a foster home or forever home, she has been waiting so long.  This 7-8 year old girl weighs about 75 pounds and has spent the last 8 months in a crate at a vet’s office In East Tennessee.  Her owner dropped her off and never returned to get her.  The staff didn’t know what To do about it since the local shelter was not a good alternative and so for 8 loooonnnnngggg months this Girl has laid in her kennel/crate and wondered how her life ever got to be like this.  No exercise and just a Smidgen of love daily from the staff.  But this is NO LIFE!  Can someone help change this girl’s Story to something happy.  She will love you forever if you do and so will Critter Cavalry Rescue.  We will provide anything needed for a foster home to open up.  A forever home would be even better but we will just hope for one step at a time.  Can you help sweet Annie???   Contact ccrtennessee@gmail.com We transport northward as well every weekend.

Story
Hi, I'm Zeus! I am a 2 years old neutered boy looking for a new parent(s). I have some basic training but I could use a little more. I am fully housebroken and up to date on all my shots. Some of the things that I enjoy are cuddles, running and playing with my toys! If you give me positive reinforcement, I will be happy to listen to what you ask me to do, no problem! That said, I have not been trained to walk on a leash yet. A trainer told my family that it would be best that I be rehomed to an adult family without other pets or children because I have issues with others wanting my stuff!!! They call that "resource issues" but I am a good boy, I just don't want to share! Please fill in the application on this website so you can ask my family some questions about me. I really hope we can meet soon because I think you will like me and I could be your new best friend!
