Dixie was adopted 2 years ago from a shelter in Haywood county. She is a very loving and docile dog. She is sometimes a little shy but loves to go on trips and walks in the woods. She gets along with my 2 other tree walkers and other neighborhood dogs that visit. She is up today with shots and vacs. And has no known health issues. She is also friendly with my cat and has never been aggressive towards her. She is kid friendly. Loves to sleep and snuggle together.

Happy Hound dog Roscoe here! I am an enjoyable, friendly, awesome 3 yr old Treeing Walker. I`m a curious guy who enjoys going for walks and using my nose! I love getting cuddles and loving from the volunteers that take me on those walks or when they let me play all silly and goofy like in the play yard. I`m pretty much up for just about anything, that`s what`s good about us happy hounds, we can go with the flow. If you would like to meet me, all you have to do is come to the Adoption Center and ask for me!

We got Little Anne through a couple who had a litter of puppies that needed new homes. She had her shots then, I also gave her a dose a few weeks later. I believe she is almost due for another round which is why I marked unknown. She is about a year old. We got her November 18th of 2018. She is not house trained but is very smart, loving, and just playful at heart. She needs a family with energy to play with her and she loves our toddler. Truly a dog with a heart of gold and we want to ensure she finds the perfect family, sadly we just know there's a better family out there for her than us but will continue to love and care for her until that family is found.

Story
I have had her for 5 years and rescued her from being put to sleep. She loves kids and cats but can be aggressive with other dogs and adults. Once she knows a person she is a lovebug and will not stop giving kisses. Currently she is a chonk and needs a diet, she weighs close to 55 lbs she should only weigh 35 max. She needs a gentle leader or muzzle for walks as a precaution and to ensure safety of those around. She will have a leash, collar, muzzle, and gentle leader along with food and water bowls. Needs a home with very little visitor traffic and no other dogs. Loves cats and children but doesn't like adults without a good introduction. Due to her aggression she is really hard to find a new family for but I want her to have what she needs and deserves. She lives with my mother but she has people over a lot and it's not the right environment for Wiggle. Feel free to text me if you want to meet her. She only needs shots.
