Meet BaRCSE newest foster girl - May. She was found as a stray in West Columbia. As you can see she has some long legs so we think she is more of a coon hound mix but just look at her face! She is heart worm negative!! She is definitely a senior at 10 to 12 as an estimated age. She is having her teeth cleaned on Dec 9th. She has some arthritis and doesn’t hear very well but she is the sweetest girl and still has some sass in her. She would love to have a home of her own for the holidays!

What a great, Handsome, guy! Griffin is 8 years old and has such an affectionate, loving, FUN personality! He gets along well with other dogs, cats, goats and horses. (We have not tried him with chickens or ducks.) YET, he is food, treat and toy possessive, and sometimes gets possessive of furniture in the house. So being the only dog in a home ( he's fine with cats) OR having a farm to roam and live outside would be great for him! Having a toddler or young child in the home might cause an issue sometimes grabbing his food or jumping on him while he has a toy or is on the furniture. Griffin might not react well to that. Depends on personality of child. He is best suited for a family with a doggie door (so he can come and go at will) and no other dogs (simply to alleviate food and toy possession issues) OR a family with acreage and comfortable outside living quarters where he would be fine with other pets. He would love to be in a farm setting with space - he just wants to be dominant inside a home sometimes. Griffin loves to ride in your vehicle! And, he loves walks. He is such a sweetheart in so many ways! A great companion! Griffin is microchipped, had his annual physical in October, is heartworm "negative" and has all vaccines, is on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. Meet Trent - an adorable little beagle mix. Trent is approx. 6 months old, and up to date on vetting and neutered. He is one of 7 litter mates that were owner surrendered to one of our rescue volunteers. All were very dehydrated and emaciated but now he's a healthy young boy. He's sad that he's the only one of the litter that hasn't been adopted, and he just can't understand why. He's a good boy and just wants a family to share his love with. Trent would love to become your family’s best friend forever. Adoption fee applies.
