Meet Garth, a sweet hound dog with a heart full of love who bonds strongly with his person. His personality is a delightful mix of sweet, cuddly, playful, and a tad goofy. He`s a curious canine with a strong prey drive, always eager to explore the surroundings while watching for pesky squirrels. Garth would thrive in an active home with a fenced yard for daily exercise. His intelligence shines through in his quick learning and he responds well to treats and clicker training. Garth is friendly with other dogs in the home and is a good watchdog, alerting for any visitors or vehicles at the property. He`s housetrained, crate trained and walks along easy on leash. Hank is a purebred Walker hound approximately sixteen months old, heartworm negative and fully vetted. Hank was rescued from the Tyler/Kilgore area of Tx. and was either dumped or lost while hunting. He gets along well with most other dogs, not cats, and is very easygoing. Breeder unknown

Callie is an eight-year-old Walker hound looking for a good home. She's spayed, utd on shots and heartworm negative. Okay with other dogs, but no cats please. Callie's breeder is unknown, but she was rescued from the Houston area of Texas. Thousands of dogs just like Callie die every day in kill shelters in the U.S. because there aren't enough homes for them. Please consider giving one of these great hounds a chance to show you what great companions they make. And shame on the breeders who create so many of these dogs that end up on death row!

"Repo" is a purebred Walker Hound male, born in January of 2009. He is neutered, heartworm negative, micro-chipped and up to date on shots. This boy is a blast for anyone with a sense of humor. Repo thinks his food bowl is a hockey puck, and he treats it accordingly. He can amuse himself for hours, playing with his bowl, tossing it up in the air or scooting it along the ground. Repo would be happy as a little clam to be adopted by someone with a good arm and several Frisbees at his disposal. Repo came to us from San Antonio. Breeder unknown.

Story
"Victor" is a purebred Walker hound. He was born in 2007 and rescued from an abusive situation in San Antonio, Tx. Victor is neutered, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and crate trained. He's good with most other dogs, not cats, and great with children of all ages. Victor would like a home in the country where he can exercise his vocal cords and scare off predators that typically raid chicken coops during the night. He absolutely must have a fenced yard of his own, however, because he's a scent hound, born to track hot or cold and not stop until overcome by exhaustion. Victor's breeder is unknown.
