Story
Montana is a fine young dog with a great personality. He was found on Rt 23 and no one claimed him so he came to us from the ACO. He is learning about walking on a leash and he tries real hard not to go to the bathroom in his pen. He needs a strong person since he is a big dog with good energy.

Watson ❤️ Available for adoption after he finishes his heartworm treatment in a few months... While we are still learning about this beautiful boy, he is such a sweetheart of a hound ❤️ We think he’s around 4 years old, and is good with other dogs and cats and definitely needs to gain some weight which his foster mom is working on 🙏 Unfortunately he’s also HW+ so he’ll need to go through treatment over the next few months, but during that time we will know more about his personality as he settles in 😊 Watson is being fostered in VA, and we will keep everyone posted on his progress!

*To adopt Macy, a secure, dog-proof fenced yard is required*Thank you for your interest in Macy!Macy is a 6 year old very sweet but shy girl. She's been thru a lot and needs a quiet home so she can learn to trust. Tho sudden movements/noises can startle her, she’s been adapting well indoors. She's a sweetie and loves attention once she gets to know you. She loves her toys and chew bones and likes to take them all into her crate! Macy likes other dogs and would do best if adopted into a home with at least one other dog. She gets lonely if there are no dogs in her home. She came into care with another dog, so she may have always been with other dogs. She’s playful, low key & subordinate with other dogs. Macy is housetrained and crate trained. She loves her crate and more often than not, sleeps in it, even if the door is open. She has been a house pet since Nov 2017 and has done great. No accidents indoors. She sleeps quietly in her crate all night. 10/23/18: We’ve been leash training her the last few weeks and she’s doing very well for a dog who may have never been leashed prior! 12/12/19: Macy is still doing very well. She will be a good indoor dog for someone with the patience to introduce her to new things. *To adopt Macy, a secure, dog-proof fenced yard is required* ##385496##
