Story
Muffin is a loving, sweet affectionate cat. She is approximately 5 years old. I found her in August of 2015 when she was a newborn kitten in a litter that was born to a stray cat in my neighborhood. She was infested with fleas and worms. I took her to a vetrinarian and nursed her back to health. She has been with me through many years and now that I have my own child and am moving across the country for work, I am sadly unable to take care of her any longer. I am looking for a warm loving family who can take excellent care of her. Muffin has been an indoor cat her whole life and will need to remain an indoor cat.

Story
Mirah is currently available for adoption at our Redmond store. She is a special needs cat and requires very experienced kitty caretakers. She's a very social girl, who is sweet with a little spunk to her. She is sassy, opinionated, and very talkative. Mirah came to us with diabetes, and is currently on daily insulin. She is sweet and affectionate, as long as it is on her terms. Each store has cats for adoption, but Redmond's adoption kennels are permanent, meaning that we never need to foster out those cats, and they get to peaceably live at our Café until a family takes them home. When a cat has been on site at Kirkland for over 2 months, they get put on a transfer list for Redmond as soon as a spot opens up. Cats over 12 years are preferentially hosted at Redmond due to the permanent situation of the kennels there. All of our adoptable cats, regardless of home shelter, will have the following before they are released for adoption: Spay/neuter, microchip, current vaccines, FeLV test (depending on the level of risk, some cats may also receive the FIV test), flea-free, worm treatment, ringworm treatment, and recent vet visit.
