Story
I love this amazing wonderful dog! His name is Clay. I’ve had him for 5 years and he’s the beT dog anyone could ask for. He loves doing outdoor activities but he will cuddle up with you on the couch for as long as you’d like. He’s quiet calm and sweet. The reason why I am revoking him is because I have two children. My daughter is 5 and my son is 2. Clay gets very nervous around kids because of their unpredictability. He requires a gentle approach. He’s very sensitive and wld not so well with someone who wouldn’t understand that. He is truly apart of my family and I want to make sure he has a new forever loving home.

Story
John is a friendly, sweet, Vizsla/Labrador mix who is 4 years old and weighs 45 lbs. He is a lovable goof, with an enormous heart, and his potential for devotion is boundless. He has never met a human that he didn't LOVE and he enjoys going for walks and having playdates with other dogs. He is a submissive boy who will roll on his back if his playdates become too intense. While he doesn't mind being home alone, John much prefers the company of his humans. He is eager to please and will enjoy every moment of his time with you (and yes, that includes accompanying you into the bathroom if necessary). John would enjoy a fenced yard and lives to find a comfy place to rest his head after playing. He's quite a deep sleeper, so his snoring is non-negotiable! He was born with a trachea issue that does not affect his health, but would prohibit him from being a good jogging partner. His foster mom says that he's a very fast learner so keep the activity and toys coming so that John can stay mentally challenged and physically drained! John is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, house trained & crate trained (although he is not a fan of the crate). He is currently being fostered in GA, but can also be available for adoption in the northeast. If you have additional questions about John, please email us at info@barkvilledogrescue.org.
