Story
Cassadaga, NY: We are known here at WRN for helping the “hard” cases and Sweet yet wild boy Thor (his name should have been Tarzan!) is no exception. He is seeking a forever home. He is about a year and a half old and came from a southern pound where he was thought to have food aggression issues but he does not have food aggression at all. He is actually just a SUPER energetic pup who gets very excited, especially w other dogs. It is apparent he has never lived in a home as he will require a home with people 100% committed and DEVOTED to giving him the time and continued training he requires for house training and other things like leash walking. With me, in a very controlled environment with strong leadership he can ok with some females but with an applicant/potencial adopter they would have to be people I feel are *extremely* dog savvy. I would require any potencial adopter to hire a trainer to assist them in the continued training process if approved to adopt him and any applicants for Thor MUST commit to a basic obedience course with him AND if they have another dog (female only) they must also commit to having a trainer come to their home to work on helping him and a new sibling live in harmony. Thor is so sweet and it’s not his fault no one put the time into teaching him when he was little but let’s make up for it and find him a family! To apply to adopt Thor, email terawrn@yahoo.com
