Sunshine is the mom of 8 puppies. She was found VERY PREGNANT by a woman in a bad part of town on a very very hot Houston day. Then the very next day the woman returned to see how she was doing, Sunshine had delivered all of her babies. The woman could not bare to leave her there so she took Sunshine and her 8 puppies home with her. Now that all of her puppies have gone to foster homes and forever homes its Sunshine's turn to find a home. I was found on chain in an abandoned lot . I don't know how many days or week I was there without food and water. I was so hungry and exhausted. A nice lady picked me up and took me to her house. My life just keeps getting better and better . I like dogs, people and kids. I haven't met a cat yet. My foster mom says I'm really smart and she always says that I'm a very good girl . She says that I'm so sweet and I always have a smile in my face . Life is good now! I would love to find my forever home. Oh, and I sleep all night in my kennel I'm housebroken too.

Aubri is an energetically lazy 4 year old Lab/Weimaraner mix that I adopted from Craigslist in 2015. She loves to play (just not with other animals), and loves to lounge and snuggle. We adopted her because my husband wanted another dog, we have since separated last October, and he decided that he did not want her. The reason that I am looking to rehome her is because she is accustomed to living in a house, having someone around most of the day, and having a yard to run around in. I now am living in an apartment, rarely home due to my work schedule and no longer able to care for her the way that she needs and deserves. This is not an easy decision, but I feel that it is the best one for Aubri's sake. I would love for her new home to have someone that will play with her often, take her on walks, and be the only dog as she doesn't get along well with other animals. She is house broken and will go outside if taken out, though she does have the occasional accident.
