Story
Stacy is a 2 year old Basenji/Terrier mix. She weighs just under 20 pounds and has very long legs. Stacy was on the run for quite awhile before she was caught by our local shelter. Stacy gets along with the dogs in her foster home who are her size. She can be a bit bossy, so she needs a doggie companion who will be relaxed with her. Stacy is crate trained and working on good potty manners. Stacy needs a fenced in yard that allows her to zoom around and let off her energy. She can initially be shy upon meeting and needs a patient adopter who will give her some time to acclimate to her new home. Stacy enjoys play time with her friends in her foster home. She blossoms daily with her personality and she is a pleasure to foster. All dogs are spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccinations, heartworm tested negative (age 7 months and older) and microchipped. We do not ship or transport. A dog's adoption donation is $200. There is a $5 fee for credit/debit cards.
