Story
Looking for someone who will give him all the love he deserves and treat him as a member of their family. Clayton is 6 years old and labeled as a pointer terrier mix but definitely has some “pit bull”in him. I’ve had him since he was 6 months old but due to some issues I am no longer able to keep him with me which breaks my heart. Clayton is a wonderful dog and loves to cuddle and sleep with you all day but has some health and other issues. He has hip dysplasia, Lymes, and possible arthritis in his back legs, which doesn’t really slow him down anymore but he tires pretty quickly. At this point in time, he’s not on any medication. He also some “quirks” I will call them. He nips at peoples hands and legs sometimes and doesn’t do great with kids. He does great with other animals though. I am moving to a farm and with Clayton’s “quirks” it won’t work out to keep him. The other two farm dogs get to run around all day and Clayton would have to be kenneled all day which isn’t fair.
