Story
A dog without freckles is like a night without stars. Meet Archie Lately, a handsome ginger with the prettiest freckles in town. He’s a playful adult around seven who could be entertained with a ball and a good arm for quite a while. With a recommended slow introduction, he meets friendly dogs with a playful spirit and enjoys their company. He would be fine as a single dog who gets lots of activity with opportunity to socialize with other dogs. He walks well on a leash, enjoys hikes and new adventures, and would certainly be a great wingman at the dog park. He sleeps quietly in his crate at night once he settles in. Archie Lately is thought to be a 60 pound Great Pyrenese mix. He has a magnificent white coat that should be brushed regularly to keep him looking as handsome as he truly is. He does have a little too much interest in cats, kittens, and bunnies so a home without small critters would help to keep him out of trouble. Bear in mind that we receive many applications on some dogs so they may not be available once your application is reviewed, however, if you are an approved adopter for the Maggie Society, we will work diligently to find a dog or puppy that matches your interest.
