Dora is a smart girl as she already knows to potty outside and can even sit for you. She is a smart girl ready to do whatever is needed to make you proud and happy of her. Making friends is easy for Dora. She could easily join a family with other dogs, cats and children. When Dora isn't busy she is all about food and cuddle time. Buck is a friendly young pit mix who is 18 months old and weighs 50 pounds and he loves to love. He’s excited to meet new people and greets them with big sloppy kisses. He’ll need some help learning not to jump to greet, but he’s very friendly and social. He has a good amount of energy, so an active family would be his best fit. He enjoys being outside and would make the perfect hiking companion. He also loves being dressed up in bandanas and clothes. He’s good with other dogs as well. He’d make a great dog for a young family with kids to play with, but very young children may not be a good fit while he’s still learning not to jump. Our all inclusive adoption fee is $395, and the dogs are fully vetted.  The dogs are transported via a licensed carrier from Louisiana to Maine monthly. Mason’s Christmas Eve gift was to be dumped at an animal control facility to find another home. How sad and incredibly unkind. Mason is a handsome boy that wants to please. He cannot tell us how he was treated, but we can tell you what he has difficulty with. He is crate protective, not keen on men, hats or hoodies, but bonded quickly with his female care giver.  He is slowly warming up to men who are kind, gentle and patient with him. Mason has made great progress in the short time we've known him.  He truly deserves a loving home with an adopter who will treat him with the love and devotion he is ready to give.  Only experienced adopters with knowledge of the breed will be considered for adoption/fostering to help Mason live the good life he deserves.  He is a pit bull, has been neutered, is up to date on shots and around 3 years of age. What a stud! Murphy is a very smart boy who loves his people and his toys. He would walk all day if we let him! Murphy loves to work his mind, and figuring out food puzzles and toys are the highlight of his day. Murphy can be overwhelmed by new people and needs continued work on his manners, not only with new people/situations, but at home too.  He needs to keep his mind working all the time. Due to his sizeand lack of manners Murphy can not go to a home with children.
