Story
Welcome Rey Rey. She is a 1.5-year-old Staffordshire/Dalmatian blend is our guess. She is about 45 to 50 pounds full grown. This girl was found with her puppies. She was the most amazing momma dog. She wouldn’t leave the puppies side for 6 weeks. She would literally just leave for the most necessary things and then back in to be with her pups. I think being a deaf momma had it’s challenges because she couldn’t hear her babies cries. She had them in the wild before being taken in and she needed to keep them safe. An incredible foster mom took her and the pups in. She helped the family and all the puppies have found homes now. The foster for Rey Rey has come to CCPAL for help finding the momma a home. She is a deaf dog and is working on hand commands with her foster family. She is good on a leash, likes car rides, she is good in a crate, potty trained, good with other dogs and protective of her family and what she considers her people. She would be a great dog for a family. We would say kids that are 7 or older. She would be great with a family that has had a deaf dog or someone that is deaf and knows the challenges that you face. She will need a fenced yard as recall is not possible. She is great on a leash so walking her will be easy. She is up on her shots, healthy, spayed and ready for her forever home. She is in Texas and can be adopted locally or we can work with one of the wonderful transporters to deliver her to Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 200 and transport is 185. She will have an international health certificate allowing her to cross the Canadian border legally and easily.
Bienvenue Rey Rey. Elle est un mélange Staffordshire / Dalmatien de 1,5 an est notre supposition. Elle mesure environ 45 à 50 livres à maturité. Cette fille a été retrouvée avec ses chiots. Elle était chien maman le plus étonnant. Elle ne quitterait pas le côté des chiots pendant 6 semaines. Elle partait littéralement pour les choses les plus nécessaires, puis revenait pour être avec ses chiots. Je pense qu'être une maman sourde a eu des défis parce qu'elle ne pouvait pas entendre les pleurs de son bébé. Elle les avait dans la nature avant d'être emmenée au refuge et elle devait les garder en sécurité. Une maman d'accueil incroyable l'a emmenée avec les chiots. Elle aide la famille et tous les chiots à trouver un foyer maintenant. La famille d'accueil de Rey Rey est venue au CCPAL pour l'aider à trouver une maison pour la maman.Elle est sourd. Elle est bonne en laisse, aime les promenades en voiture, elle est bonne dans une cage, propre dans la maison, bonne avec les autres chiens et protectrice de sa famille et de ce qu'elle considère comme son peuple. Ce serait un excellent chien pour une famille. Nous dirions des enfants de 7 ans ou plus. Elle serait formidable avec une famille qui a eu un chien sourd ou quelqu'un qui est sourd et connaît les défis auxquels vous êtes confronté. Elle aura besoin d'une cour clôturée car le rappel n'est pas possible. Elle est super en laisse, donc la promener sera facile. Elle est vaccine, en bonne santé, stérilisée et prête pour sa maison pour toujours. Elle est au Texas et peut être adoptée localement ou nous pouvons travailler avec l'un des merveilleux transporteurs pour la livrer à Washington, Portland, Minnesota, Vermont ou tout le long de la côte Est. Ses frais d'adoption sont de 200 et le transport est de 185.Elle aura un certificat de santé international que la permettant de traverser la frontière de Canada légalement et facilement.
