Story
Luca is a sweet boy despite the fact he's had a very rough life. He showed up at my house about 3 months ago. He was extremely skinny & beat up. I posted his photo to local Facebook pages trying to find his owners. I did not find his family, but I did learn much of his story from a couple of different people. Luca's family moved when he was a teenager & left him behind to fend for himself. Both neighbors said that they fed him off & on over the course of a couple of years, but eventually they moved as well. I was told that he was "just a neighborhood cat." I took Luca to the vet for a checkup, medical treatment, & to be neutered. He ended up having to have surgery on his chest due to an old wound that couldn't heal up on its own. Luca is finally happy & health, but he doesn't do well with other cats, of which I have 4. He needs to be the only pet in a childfree home as he does have trust issues. He shows signs of past trauma & physical mistreatment. He has the potential to be indoors.

Meet Jughead! He likes long naps, food, and snuggles. He can eventually warm up to other animals, but seems to get his feelings hurt, especially by other, new cats. We'd like to keep with his brother (Archie) if possible.

Two cats were dumped at a lake, both starving and both pregnant. They were found and taken in by a family. Both mommas gave birth in June 2019 within a week of each other, the litters totaling 10 kittens, one of which was Wells. He is a sweet cat, very friendly, great hunter, does ok with litter box but needs a refresher. He enjoys inside and outside. Wells has been neutered, wormed, and we’re completing his shots.
