American Shorthair kittens & cats in South Dakota

This is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. We found Millie, abandoned, when she was about 3 weeks old in October of 2018. We bottle fed her every 2 hours for weeks and, miraculously she survived. She was a typical kitten in the beginning and was very playful with all family members. As she has gotten older, I am the only person she tolerates. She is very mean to my kids and my husband. She hisses when they just walk by her and will bite at times. She is very loving to me and loves to lay on me and be loved on. We have no idea why this happened because we all bottle fed her and played with her when she was tiny. So as much as this hurts me, we can’t live like this for the next 15 or so years. I feel like the ideal home for her would be with a single female who is an experienced cat owner and will be patient with her while she adjusts. I think she would be fine with other cats and does fine with our dog. She has been spayed and front declawed. Please help us!!

This I jango. My wife and I got him from a coworker a little while ago. He is almost 8 years old, and is a great cat to be around. We were looking forward to having him as part of the family for years to come, but unfortunately our jobs are very hectic with relocation. we were told not to long ago that we would be moved overseas, and therefore wouldn't be able to keep him in our care. Looking for another loving home for him to roam in.

Baxter was a rescue kitty. He was adopted when he was 8 months old. He grew up in an adult only house until his human got married and started a family. He is now 13 years old, and does suffer from anxiety. He gets nervous around strangers and when there are several people around. He would do best in an adult-only home who can give him the attention he deserves. He is a super sweet boy and has lots of love and cuddles left.
