Story
Nellie has been with us since she was a tiny kitty. She's always had a sweet/gentle nature. Her favorite hobbies include; Sunbathing, snuggling up in your lap just when you need it most and digging beside the water bowl like she's trying to uncover a well. She is social but prefers to warm up on her own terms. She's amazing with our 4 year old daughter and our chihuahua. She adapts well to changes in diet and litter, very very low maintenance gal! We never imagined parting with her but we have had an unexpected job transfer across the state and our new home does not allow multiple pets. We are devastated to say goodbye to our girl but trust that there has to be someone out there who can give a loving forever home to her.

Mama is a calm, low maintenance cat. She is about four years old and gets along with with animals and people very well. She has lived around large dogs, other cats, guinea pigs, as well as young children and infants. She is an indoor cat who loves relaxing and looking out windows. She can be playful, she especially enjoys chasing a laser pointer. Mama was originally my mother’s cat, but now she is gone, and I took her in thinking I was just going to own her temporarily. Now I live with my father, who I know is abusive toward animals so I figured she shouldn’t have to live under these circumstances because she deserves a more loving environment. She is easy to bond with and is rarely vocal. She eats dry food but also loves wet food as an occasional treat!
