Hello, my name is Roy. I’m 4 years old, weigh 88 pounds and have heard people say I look like an Anatolian Shepherd mix dog—what do you think? After 3 years my owners surrendered me back to PUPS because I kept leaving our property. Hey, it was a small yard with a low fence and temptation got the better of me! I like kids and dogs but if you love your cat, I’m not the dog for you. I am housebroken, crate trained and walk well on a leash. My ideal home and yard should be large enough to accommodate a big guy like me, a 5 foot (or taller) fenced yard and the opportunity to spend time indoors too—especially when it thunders. I am neutered, heartworm negative, up to date on vaccinations and ready for a new home. Please call Dennis at 979.758.1804 for more information. My adoption fee is $75.00.

Story
Phantom is a loving, kind, and patient dog. I took him in after a friend gave birth and their kid developed an allergy to his coat. Unfortunately, I don’t have the schedule he deserves and want to find him somewhere he can flourish and receive the love he deserves. I love him dearly and he’s gotten along great both with my dog Dilly, and my roommates small pug Hercules. I’d love to find a family that would be okay with occasional play dates so he could see dilly again as they’ve grown quite close to one another. He’s wonderful with my young nephew, and all kids for that matter. He’s a bit aloof, but he comes out of his shell pretty quick.
